Very pleasant stay in the residence. The renovation of the apartments will make the experience even better. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The residence is very well located, with a street parallel to the main beach, so everything is within walking distance. However, it is very dated.
The 2/4-person apartments are cramped and don't have a sea view, except for some side ones, which overlook the faded rear facades of the others opposite.
The bathrooms are dirty and in poor condition, and the toilets smell of urine...
There's a constant stream of cars driving around, and the glass container is nearby... in short, a disappointing stay.
It's imperative to reserve an underground parking space, otherwise parking is complicated, and the parking meters are expensive!

We had a great stay. The staff, Vanessa, was beyond friendly and professional.
The residence is very well located, just steps from the beach. A big plus is the parking, which I highly recommend booking.
We will definitely be back.

Great residence. Not luxurious, but that's not what we were looking for. The location is ideal, a 1-minute walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the city center, and 10 minutes from the port; what more could you ask for? With parking available, there's no need to look for a space; we're at peace. This is our second time here, and we'll be back next year.
