Ideal location: 2 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from the nautical club. Very well equipped apartment, very comfortable closet bed.

Quite nice residence.
The only downside; the noise pollution due to lack of insulation as well as the cleaning of the apartments and the friendliness of the customers and staff quite mediocre.
Vintage but functional accommodation. (Be careful of the fridge which heats up)
Otherwise very good location, easy access to the seaside, shops nearby.
The residence has a “games” room with board games available as well as a table football which can be useful in case of bad weather.
Washing machine also available during the day - reasonable price.
Not worth the price at all when you pay full price for the rental.

Very pleasant stay thanks to the proximity to the beach!
As for the residence, we had to take two communicating studios for three adults (so that everyone had a bed).
The apartments are really small and could do with some real updating.
The cleaning on arrival was not the best (sheep under the mattresses and on the wall units, hairpins on the floor in the bathroom. The beds are not the easiest to make because there are no fitted sheets. The sheets and duvet covers were stained and had holes...
Compared to other PV residences, no swimming pool, therefore much less maintenance costs and yet parking is chargeable (vs. other PV). That said, it is essential to have a parking space because on the street it is a real challenge.
Finally, the view facing the residence corresponds to the rear of the buildings on the seafront, which are abandoned.
To conclude, a special mention for the port restaurants like Cotriade or César et Rosalie which are worth the detour!

good holiday accommodation but a little refreshing of the building would be good.
