Magnificent residence located at the foot of the slopes. Very nice indoor swimming pool.

We went there the last week of January 2025. A great duplex apartment with a view of Mont Blanc. The welcome was great, we arrived early in the morning and we were able to pick up the apartment quickly by being notified by text message. The pastries delivery service is very practical.
We could leave and return on skis.
In pedestrian mode, simply take the cable car to return to the residence and go back down on foot to avoid the glass alley while remaining quiet. We will come back with great pleasure! THANKS

We came with 5 friends to this residence, very good residence with adequate services (very pleasant staff, the ladies with whom we interacted were really lovely) the swimming pool and spa are great! The apartment was very good, with everything necessary provided, bathroom linen and sheets. The only big downside to the residence is that far from the ski set and intersport in winter you have to walk on a fairly steep blue slope or go down to the village to take the Dahu, so not practical in this aspect or plan for après ski!

Apartment of another age, poorly maintained, pans in need of renewal, water leak when we arrived, room with a smell of vomit. First use of the hood, without having cooked anything yet, an old smell of grease....
Maeva management...
Only the receipt of an email telling us that they understood us and were sorry, no one came to see... The best for last, they advised us to check with the reception of the residence, reception dedicated to Pierre and holidays (which we were told)... Not inflated... No one came all week...
Apartment B01, for the unlucky

Great stay at Roselend, as a couple, the first week of February. We appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment, its layout, its balcony at the top of the trees and its magnificent view of the ridges and Mont Blanc with sunset as a bonus! The residence is pretty, neat and clean, the corridors are vacuumed regularly. The staff is very pleasant, smiling, helpful, it's a pleasure to talk. The plus: Pastries available in the morning if ordered before 6:00 p.m.
Skiing: Departure and arrival on skis, great! The skiset is just above the residence, it is accessed via a piece of track at the back of the residence (possibility of cutting through the Chantel residences).
Shops: 5/10 minutes walk, path to go down to the village then edge of the track to follow, we are in the mountains and in winter so there may be ice and/or snow, this is normal! Possibility of walking not on the path but on the side when there was too much ice.
