We went skiing for a week over Christmas as a family of 5.

I still don't understand how a week can cost 8,600 (and even with a 5% CE discount). Honestly, comfort yes, premium no.

No special attention. They throw cards and keys at us, and manage!

The downside was really the insonority. We made a complaint at reception, unfortunately the problem was not resolved. A problem linked both to the design of the building and to the noisy neighbors upstairs (footsteps, chairs, etc.)

So no, not satisfied with the value for money.
Without exaggerating; 6000 would have been a good value for money price.

I don't question the 8600 euros, I was ready to pay them. I question the quality/price ratio.

Tt is very good.. but the reception of the room was complicated.. we received our keys well after 5 p.m.. it can happen?

I did not stay at this residence, but I was able to take advantage of the week's package to take fitness classes. Room with a superb view ?I was able to discover pilates, body zen and also take a mountain walk that was just superb! The lessons are taught by Hugo, very attentive, he explains very well, great temperament...in short, a real treat for this sporting week! Ideal conditions ?

We spent four days for Christmas with family. The reception team was particularly pleasant, friendly and efficient. Special mention to Liam, Clara, Dorian and another young woman whose first name I no longer remember but who gave me excellent advice on the choice of board games....

Hugo who accompanied the hikes was more than perfect: unparalleled kindness and benevolence. He is particularly attentive and his explanations are very interesting and precise.
The SPA staff was great!
