We loved this very exotic environment filled with tall pine trees. I recommend it.

Beautiful environment, functional accommodation but in the middle of winter, no heating in the bathrooms, complicated with children, the problem was known but no one informed us when booking or when we handed over the keys. In addition, the slides and the wave pool were not operational during our stay, a big disappointment for the children, we paid full price, very disappointed by Pierre et Vacances, I think, first and last time

Very pleasant stay except for the fact that there was no heating in the bathroom, which is normal according to the reception service.

I wanted to make a short reservation of 5 days knowing that the default schedules for Pierre and holidays are arrival 4 p.m. departure 11 a.m. So 5 days paid for 3 full days. I asked for the early arrival and late departure option in order to take advantage of this already short stay. The response from reception: price of the option 50 euros for early arrival and 50 euros for late departure. Or 100 euros. So far deal accepted. Where it gets tricky: we cannot guarantee it.

To summarize: you book the stay then it's haphazard for the last day. No possibility of organizing yourself. Response from reception: it depends on arrivals.

So even if at the time you ask there is no reservation planned for a hypothetical customer, Pierre et vacances prefers business rather than retaining a potential future customer. Business is business.
