Excellent place for family vacations, it has everything you need for a relaxing and fun family stay

The complex is very nice, and the apartments are comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, even for a long family stay.

What we liked least was the pool area. It's a property with many rooms, primarily geared towards families, but it only has about ten thatched umbrellas that offer practically no shade. Furthermore, if you can't get one, which is very difficult because they're taken as soon as the pool opens, there's no other shaded area to escape the sun.

We also found some shortcomings in the restaurant and bar. There are very few high chairs for babies: most are booster seats for older children, and only a few have safety harnesses. Many are broken, and only one is truly suitable for a small baby, as it has a safety bar to prevent it from tilting forward. It's unpleasant having to eat with the baby in your arms because the only suitable high chair is already occupied or because the others can't be used safely. Besides being uncomfortable for the parents, it also makes it difficult for the baby to eat comfortably due to the lack of a suitable seat.

Finally, the staff are genuinely very friendly and always try to help, but we got the impression that, during peak season, there were insufficient resources and staff for the number of guests the establishment accommodated.

Hello, good morning. I really liked this place. We've been coming for two years now. It's true that I personally would prefer the football pitch to be something other than sand or stone, but it's great as it is.

The pool is very nice, and the staff are very polite. Thank you so much for creating this place; it's in a fantastic location.

The place is clean and pleasant, set in a beautiful garden.

There's no elevator. We traveled with two babies and they put us on the first floor, even though they knew we had a stroller. We asked for a crib and they charged over €10 per day for a dirty crib without sheets. The Wi-Fi signal in the room is weak and there's not much coverage. During our eight-day stay, our room wasn't cleaned once (I don't know if that's included in the price, so this is just for your information). The pool is nice and heated, and the restaurant and entertainment area are also very good.
