Close to the center, city with underground parking very practical in case of bad weather, well thought out apartment, great welcome

Incompetent staff, terrible disappointment
Deplorable customer drift.
Having forgotten my down jacket in the closet in our room, I contacted Pierre and vacance mail+tel (beyond the price of the garment) they never responded.

Real professionalism from the agents and receptionists would have been to at least answer the phone or emails. And true professionalism, with competent people, would not have allowed such theft.

Theft with impunity.

I have never posted a comment in any place where I have stayed or eaten, even if some places leave something to be desired, but here I cannot allow myself to leave a comment noting the lack of consideration and the theft which is produced.

I thought that the Pierres vacances were low-end but I was very surprised because the location is really very well placed.
The welcome from the staff is very pleasant and attentive.
The apartment itself is very good apart from the sofa which is dated.
The place is very well thought out for children
Play areas, games room, board games accessible for teenagers

Very comfortable room, large and well appointed. Very clean. The residence is well located and well served by transport. Very welcoming staff. I recommend with my eyes closed!
