Very disappointing for the price: pleasant exterior, but substandard accommodation.
At €400 a night for five people, the amenities are absolutely not up to standard.

Positive points:

Pleasant and well-maintained outdoor setting (green spaces).

Friendly reception staff.

Negative points:
Condition of the apartment: old, run-down, with paint and plaster in a deplorable state.

Cleanliness and bedding: beds not made upon arrival, questionable stains on the sheets, and an unpleasant chemical smell of industrial laundry detergent.

Services: having to strip the beds, gather the linens, and take out the trash yourself is difficult to understand at this price point.

The potential of the site is there, but the condition of the accommodations and the lack of standard clearly spoil the experience. Very poor value for money.

We had a very pleasant two-week stay at the Résidence La Villa Maldagora Pierre & Vacances. The apartment was clean and our stay went very well.

The only thing I would suggest improving is adding restrooms inside the pool area and providing more regular supervision to limit the inconsiderate behavior of some guests.
Overall, we had a lovely stay.

A very pleasant residence

A perfect stay at the Maldagora residence, quiet, comfortable, practical and in a beautiful environment.

Perfect both in terms of location (a car is still necessary) and the comfort of the residence, which is pedestrianized, therefore quiet and safe for children.
