The residence is very well located, a few minutes from St Jean Luz (bus stop at the foot of the residence), car parking and numerous services such as breakfast, regional aperitif, loan of board games. Well equipped apartment.

Thank you to the welcoming staff, who share their visiting tips to discover the Basque country in the best conditions. ?

The only negative point to highlight is that accommodation in category 6 people is suitable for 4 people, with small rooms.

Aging but maintained residence. Room with chandeliers, decor, wooden furniture etc. From another era.
Small TV, low quality appliances.
You will appreciate the sofa bed and the squeaking springs.
As for the bathroom, the water from the bathtub trickles down the glass and onto the floor despite the grotesque silicone seal.
Good value for money considering the prices charged in the Basque country.

En effet, on entretient régulièrement nos résidences. Et pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable, des travaux de modernisation sont actuellement en cours à La Villa Maldagora : nouveaux canapés, changement des sols et du mobilier, de la décoration… tout ça pour plus de confort !

Les travaux se termineront d'ici avril 2025, et on serait vraiment contents de vous faire découvrir ces nouveautés lors de vos prochaines vacances.

Small downside is located quite far from the beaches and the city center it is large TV and a little small
