The central and quiet apartment. The attention of the entrance staff is quite poor, they do not try to understand you and the information they give you is Zero. The worst thing is arriving and having to check in at 4 p.m., they have schedules when no one is there and in the bathroom there is 1 roll of toilet paper, they don't give more (incredible) and the bed needs to be made even after having called and notified 72 hours before the time we arrived (it didn't help).
Otherwise, we really enjoyed the 6 days in Christmas Alsace, we loved it.

Good afternoon, we have spent 5 days on the December long weekend. Very short reception hours. The treatment of the regular staff. The bed is made. Just one roll of toilet paper, you ask for it and they don't give it to you. Only 2 bars of soap in the bathroom.
We requested 2 towels to go to the pool one day and they wanted to charge us €7 for each one.
Breakfast must be reserved one day before 6:00 p.m. We didn't know and at 6:15 p.m. they said it couldn't be done.
The apartments are relatively close to the center.
The experience with them has been very regular. I would not recommend it to family or friends.

Friendly and efficient staff.

Ideally located for visiting Colmar, the residence offers simple but sufficient comfort, in a quiet area. Too bad the cost of parking is not included in the reservation.

Very well placed, the only downside is the team is not responsive to tell you where the swimming pool is and the reception is a little cold but the rest was very good.
