A shame! Three days without hot water in mid-November. Disgraceful service!

I had a very negative experience during my stay. During the two days I was there, the gas supply was cut off throughout the building, leaving us without heat or hot water. From what they commented, the community is in debt and has not been able to maintain basic services. Despite the situation, I did not receive any solution or support from those responsible. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay or quality customer service.

Unfortunately there was a breakdown with the gas in the building but even so the attention and response of the guys at the reception was very good, at all times they were very empathetic, trying to give me a solution to improve the stay, and at all times on the lookout. ! I give the guys a 10! Very grateful to them! I hope the problem is solved soon!

No heating or hot water in the middle of winter and zero solutions. Nightmare. Cheap is expensive. Find another hotel.

It was the worst experience
They didn't have hot water
They also didn't have heating when it was 5 degrees.
When I complained, the staff, a director, treated me badly and raised her voice at me.
Even geduld...
