very warm welcome and unbeatable price for a few nights in this residence out of season (November); we booked a harbor view apartment for six people to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, there were 3 of us so it was very comfortable (small for 6); bed linen and towels provided, cleanliness, well-equipped kitchen, balcony, very good wifi and big plus for the indoor swimming pool; Port Guillaume is deserted in this season, for restaurants you have to go to Cabourg or Dives, otherwise "les casiers du port" 1 minute from the residence offer quality local products; the residence is very well located for visits to Cabourg and Houlgate on foot

We have been going to Port Guillaume for three years, including twice in 2024.
In October, we were received as VIP customers, with a welcome gift on arrival as a thank you for our loyalty.
Each time the welcome was warm, provided by smiling and very professional people. It is truly a pleasure to go to this establishment.
The accommodations are friendly and well appointed, designed to ensure that holidaymakers have a pleasant stay.
In the event of a problem, maintenance staff are quick and efficient.
The setting is calm and pleasant, close to Cabourg beach.
We highly recommend Pierre et Vacances.

Super residence, overlooking the port, very nice apartments. Old but sufficient for a vacation, and clean.

Very caring staff.

On the other hand, swimming pool too small and too used to be able to be tested. We went to the Cabourg swimming pool, a little expensive, but very pleasant.

Superb relaxing and pleasant stay, even if there are always things to say or review, the hotel is very well located and the rooms are rather pleasant.
I loved this stay and would come back.
A big THANK YOU to Grace and Laurence for their kindness and smiles during this stay. Even if the weather is gloomy, their smiles will brighten your day.
