Quiet residence with quick access to hiking trails and the beach

Very good weekend with a 3 year old child in a renovated duplex apartment. Good value for money. Perfect location between port and Cabourg beach. Very warm welcome from the reservation by telephone and stay on site, thanks to Grace in particular! Only one improvement to be expected: a warmer indoor pool temperature

As always, we're never disappointed by Pierre et Vacances residences.
But I must say that this site is particularly well located and very pleasant.
We love Cabourg, and we had a wonderful five-day stay.
We did almost everything on foot: walks along the seafront, the Cabourg esplanade, the morning fish market in Dives-sur-Mer, the pretty port, and the supermarkets a five-minute drive away.
The very warm welcome by phone to prepare for our arrival, and upon departure and arrival.
We'll definitely be back ☺️

If you want to be woken up at 8am by hammers and drills until 6pm/6:30pm, then this is the place for you!! Otherwise, RUN AWAY, RUN FAST!! We booked 2 nights at this establishment, and someone contacted me a few days before our arrival to ask if I had any questions. They made sure not to tell me that the ENTIRE establishment was undergoing renovations. The same goes for the person who checked us in. A total disgrace! I still don't understand how anyone can open a property that's undergoing renovations for rent, and what's more, without informing guests at the time of booking, beforehand, or upon arrival. This is a total disregard for customers and shows that the only imperative behind all this is to make money no matter what.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment, first and last time for us. We have stayed at Pierre et Vacances establishments several times, this is the worst experience we have had.
