I was in the apartments and super dirty tobacco butts on the terrace, leak in the sink of the first bathroom; dirty towels behind the bathroom door, a super dirty room, the maintenance guy came for more than an hour changing the boiler because there was no water hot. The views are very good but there are too many requirements for the deposit and a number of problems in the apartment.

Very good hotel, the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and professional, the food was quite good although there was a massive influx of people at the end of the week and several things were missing.

WE HAVE BEEN IN THE INSERSO FOR 8 "ENDLESS" DAYS THE ONLY GOOD THING IS THE GOOD CARE OF:ASMAA IDANI. I ASKED HIM TO TAKE EFFORTS CLEANING THE ROOM BECAUSE I AM ALLERGIC TO CATS AND DOGS AND HE DID IT IMPECCABLE. AS WELL AS THE FRIENDLY DINING STAFF.
I COULD NOT IMAGINE THAT THE INSERSO CHANGED ME HOTELS AT THE LAST MOMENT, SINCE I SHOULD NOT GO TO THIS TYPE OF HOTEL THAT ACCEPTS PETS. IN ADDITION TO THE LARGE SILLS TO ACCESS THE HOTEL, THE SHUTTLE CANNOT BE TAKEN AT SOME HOURS. SO WE HAVE SPENT ENOUGH MONEY ON TRAVELING. THE MEALS VERY BASIC AND REPETITIVE. A LOT OF PORK PASTA AND CHEAP DELICIT. NEVER A STEW OR BEEF STEAK. THE SALAD IS RESERVED AS WELL AS THE TOMATOES (IT IS SEEN THAT THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERYTHING ABOVE FROM ONE MEAL TO ANOTHER)
IT IS THE ONLY HOTEL WHERE WE HAVE BEEN THE WORST OF THE MANY HOTELS IN THE INSERT THAT WE KNOW.
VERY BIG AND NICE, GOOD LOOKING 4☆. BUT ONLY AESTHETICS.
TO EAT IT LEAVES A LOT TO DESIRE.

Where to start…

- Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, a lot of dust and stains in the toilet and bathtub. Some from the years of the artifacts. It's not nice to see.
- There must be about 300 rooms, the hotel was full and there are only 3 elevators which are VERY slow and small. One of the days it took more than 15 minutes to get down from the 9th floor.
- The dining room does not have capacity if there are many guests, so most of the time you had to wait half an hour or more to eat. And getting up at 8 in the morning and having to wait in a standing line for breakfast is the last thing I want to do on vacation, it was starting the day in a bad mood.
- Speaking of the dining room, the food leaves a lot to be desired. They could improve the variety and how to cook some things. Eating the same 5 dishes every day is boring.
- The sauna is good, thank you, it was out of service, another thing that was paid for and it didn't work.
- I would love to know why they have an indoor pool if the water is going to be FREEZING. We went with the intention of being able to enjoy it being in autumn almost winter and it was not possible.
- The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, and the sheets seemed like those from hospital ones that are a bit plastic.
- Being two people they only give you one card for the door, which is very uncomfortable.
- The toilet was leaking water so all night long that annoying noise that didn't stop made it uncomfortable to sleep.
- The area is a bit complicated to park if you decide not to pay for a garage there.
- The shampoo and body soap were very poor quality, they left your hair horrible.
- The hotel is a little far from the center (15 minutes by car / 40 minutes walking).

I highlight as positive the attention in the dining room (although poor waiters can't cope with so much work, you could see their exhausted faces), that the rooms have a large balcony with table and chairs and, being on the 9th floor, we had very nice views.

I understand that everything I say can be very negative, but the thing is that when you want to disconnect and relax by hiring a 4-star hotel but you find all this ends up being worse, we returned half a day early because the truth is we did not enjoy being there .

Nos complace saber que valoró la atención de nuestro personal en el comedor y las amplias habitaciones con balcones que ofrecen hermosas vistas.

Sin embargo, lamentamos profundamente que su estancia no haya cumplido con las expectativas que usted tenía de nuestro establecimiento. Entendemos que la limpieza es fundamental para una experiencia agradable, y nos aseguraremos de reforzar nuestros estándares en este aspecto. En cuanto a los ascensores, reconocemos que en momentos de alta ocupación pueden presentar tiempos de espera y trabajaremos para optimizar este servicio.

Nos disculpamos por los inconvenientes que experimentó en relación a la capacidad del comedor y la variedad de la oferta culinaria, así como con la temperatura de la piscina cubierta y el confort de las camas y almohadas.

Por otra parte, tomamos nota de sus comentarios sobre la calidad del shampoo y jabón, y revisaremos estas provisiones para mejorar la experiencia de nuestros huéspedes. Apreciamos su comentario acerca de la distribución de tarjetas para la habitación y consideraremos cómo podemos facilitar una experiencia más cómoda en este sentido. Por último, nos disculpamos por cualquier molestia causada por el inconveniente del inodoro en su habitación y la dificultad para aparcar en la zona.

Finalmente, nos alegra que haya disfrutado de la vista desde su habitación en el noveno piso. Siempre es un placer saber que nuestros huéspedes pueden apreciar los encantos de nuestro establecimiento.

Very quiet place on the outskirts of Benidorm, to disconnect. The nightly entertainment team is great! At reception Carmen checked us in with great care, a first impression of 10. In the dining room you have a lot of variety, views of the garden, and employees Pedro, Carmen, Leire and Aihnoa who make you feel at home! For the good price they offer you can't ask for more.
