We had a great time there. Perfect location for our family as very close to amazing restaurants and tapas bar. A little further from attractions we walked a lot during our stay but we all enjoyed it. The apartment had a quirky layout but also gave us the inpression of space which we appreciated. Well furnished and well equipped kitchen. Our only issue was with our upstairs neighboors who were noisy at innapropriate times. The ladies at the reception are very welcoming and helpful and recommended amazing places to eat.

During our stay, only the location mattered! We arrived at the hotel and were not properly informed of all the procedures… we checked in on February 20th and checked out on February 22nd. The check-out experience was awful. The employee behaved terribly, which in my opinion does not meet the expectations of a group as renowned as Pierre & Vacances. We were not informed that we would have to take the trash out of the apartments, which makes no sense after paying €750, and upon check-out we were told that we had forgotten two bags when they were actually two garbage bags. I told the receptionist that we were never informed of this situation and the employee was extremely arrogant and rude when I confronted her about it! The customer service experience was terrible because the staff has no training in dealing with clients. The receptionist during those days was more concerned with smoking cigarettes outside than helping the guests.

A good place to stay in Triana.
The rooms are quite simple but comfortable.

One of the worst experiences! I made a reservation through Booking.com, and due to the weather, I couldn't get to the accommodation because of the numerous road closures and travel advisories. I haven't received any response from anyone, and my intention was to change the dates, not cancel! Clearly, in cases of force majeure, customers should be given more support. Not recommended!

PS: After seeing your response, I want to reiterate that I didn't want to cancel, but rather change the reservation and pay the price difference! These are exceptional situations! Rest assured, you will never see me at your accommodation again! And as a piece of advice: hire receptionists with a better level of Spanish! Regards
