The latter arrived last Friday and was attended to by Marieme, who was very kind and attentive to a request we made previously by phone, she was informed and attentive upon our arrival of the request, excellent treatment and service on her part. The perfect mattresses for sleeping, and we cannot say the same about many places we go, both the sofa bed and the double mattress. The tranquility in the middle of August is appreciated, and the TOP location, I think you couldn't ask for more. Living up to our expectations for the third time, we will return of course.

We are extremely disappointed with this establishment even though we are used to Pierre et vacances. When we arrived the apartment was dirty, food remained in the cupboards, the fridge was dirty and contained food, the shutters (overlooking the common corridor) in the kitchen did not open and those in the bathroom bathroom did not close!! The bathroom drawers were dirty, the furniture completely rusted. Extremely noisy air conditioning and fridge, a completely broken clothes line that we had to prop up on 2 chairs to be able to use it. People smoking and drinking in front of our door in the common areas. I asked to change accommodation at reception, we were offered the one next door with a little better cleanliness, but the clothes line in the same condition and a hole in the bathroom door. Insulation level, we could hear the flatulence of the neighbors and the “love” debates of the neighbor…!!! Not to mention the blinds, certainly electric, but very noisy so that as soon as one person opened or closed theirs the whole building was awake.
It’s a shame because the establishment is ideally located, the rooftop swimming pool with the jacuzzi, although it is not heated, with a view of the entire marina is incredible. But paying €18,884 for 3 including a child and having accommodation in such a state is not acceptable.

This is the second year we have been coming here so I decided to post a new review.
We had a great stay in an apartment with a balcony, this time very comfortable, well laid out and equipped and it was super comfortable. The residence is close to the center and at the same time far enough away to be away from the noise, you just have to walk a little and we don't even have to take the car. Paid parking space, be careful of people who park in front of your space… all the staff are warm and very attentive. Superb rooftop swimming pool with incredible views of the building and very well maintained and clean.

Very pretty residence with 2 beautiful swimming pools. The apartment is clean and functional, the kitchen space is perfectly optimized. The only drawback is that the places pay 12 euros per day and are not secure, it's expensive for what it is. And the residence is far from shops such as bakeries or others and it takes 15 minutes on foot to reach the beach.
