We had a great week in this residence. Cleanliness, calm, pleasant staff. The accommodation, an apartment for 4 people is very well laid out and warm! Comfortable bedding. Little extra, possibility to order bread every morning.
Interesting geographical location.
The 80-minute body treatment was pure bliss. A little nod to Jeanne for her kindness, her smile and her professionalism, I highly recommend! Don't hesitate!

Bad value for money. At this price, we will not return. The service does not correspond to a Premium residence as other reviews say.
The accommodation is aging and fairly poorly maintained. We came in winter and the small radiators without a thermostat are completely insufficient and we poorly control the temperature which goes from too hot to too cold.
The kitchen utensils were old and some smelled bad.
We were very surprised to have to buy our own toilet paper and washing up liquid for €200 per night!
The baby kit indicated on the site "with bottle warmer and bathtub" but there was neither. We contacted reception who told us that there was none in the kit...
The location is good and the SPA area is quite pleasant when there are not too many people.
But the staff was sometimes rude. Coming out of the pool with our 9 month old baby we quickly got into the first shower to rinse and dry her. We were chased away, unpleasantly, by SPA staff who told us that this place was reserved for treatment clients. We checked and NOTHING indicated this, neither on the door nor on the plan. In addition, with the baby, you have to cross the entrance and a cold corridor to the locker room showers! The reaction of the staff was aberrant and inconsistent with the expected level of service.
In the end, when my wife had a private treatment, she was not allowed the famous "shower reserved for treatment clients", nor the bathrobe, and had to cross the corridor to the "residence clients" changing rooms with only her towel! You don't expect to be treated as a second-class guest at €200 per night in a premium 4-star residence.
So this was all very disappointing in terms of value for money and we won't be returning. We wanted to book other massages but decided against it. We will book once back home in a more welcoming institute.

Residence leaves something to be desired, arriving this morning the rooms are not even ready plus the road is long and the welcome remains disappointing I ask that the authorities intervene fairly quickly

Just want to go back! Pleasant apartments, a very warm welcome (we even got a little gift for our dog!). and being able to enjoy the hammam, the sonna and the swimming pool with free access after our visits is a real plus. In short, we recommend it...
