In mid-March, the residence is very quiet. Located within the citadel, it also provides easy access to the port or to the nearby hypermarkets.
The residence is generally well-maintained, and the staff is welcoming, attentive, and professional.
There are no longer any gifts for pets.
The bathroom heater doesn't work... as in all the other residences. It's advisable to try to reduce dust during cleaning.

Spacious, well-appointed studio at a very affordable price out of season

Great location in the center of Saint Martin. Very correct and functional apartment. Just bedding a little too soft and wifi too weak (and probably too far from the router). Friendly and very professional staff.

Very warm welcome, perfect location, impeccable comfort, decent cleanliness.

Stay February 2025 as a couple
The establishment is very well located but does not deserve 3 stars in terms of comfort...a little old...
One downside we learned when we wanted to use it was that the heating in the bathroom was not working... in February it was a shame to have to shower without heating... and there was no plan B... I think this deserves compensation from PIERRES ET VACANCES...
The elevator shaft requires major cleaning...
We are sent links on the phone for instructions to avoid paper... it's very good... and I agree... except that the wifi network and the island's network in general... does not allow us to open these links and use the internet... too bad..
On the other hand, the people at reception are very kind....
