Hello, I can't give more than 3 stars, and even 3 would have been too much because the cutlery wasn't cleaned properly, nor were the plates or glasses. In my room, I found several spiders, some towels weren't clean, and in the bathroom, I found an unidentified creature. So, frankly, hygiene-wise, it's a 1/5. Even outside the rooms, we kept encountering bugs. The terrace chairs were dirty; in short, we had to clean everything ourselves. Because of the spiders, I ended up sleeping in the living room. Despite all that, we had a good location. But this lack of hygiene disappointed me because it's not the first Pierre & Vacances resort I've stayed at, but it's the only one that lacks hygiene so much. Luckily, I was only staying a few days (we couldn't complain because the reception was never open when we were there (there were six of us)). But apart from a lack of hygiene, the apartment is nice and we had a good location.

A wonderful experience. The residence was very pleasant. The accommodation was very clean. The staff was fantastic!
The only downside was the lack of shutters!

A quiet and pleasant holiday residence. The location is ideal, halfway between the water park and the center of Jonzac.

The accommodation is clean, nicely decorated, and the terrace is a real bonus! The parking is convenient, accessible, and shaded.

The staff is friendly and helpful. A minor drawback is the limited amount of crockery and the slightly small bathroom, but this won't stop us from returning with pleasure.
