A wonderful stay with a superb view for the third year in a row at Moulin des Cordeliers!

The view from the terrace was beautiful, and the town of Loches is lovely with its lively atmosphere.

My only slight reservation was about the accommodation for 6 people, which I found a little cramped for everyone, but the accommodations for 4 were perfectly sized in previous years.

Worth a visit, I highly recommend it.

This is our second time staying at Moulin des Cordeliers and we were very happy with it. We had an apartment for four with a bedroom and a terrace overlooking the river – a superb view and a really lovely terrace. The only downsides were the size of the toilet, which was a bit cramped, and the height of the bathtub. Otherwise, everything was great.

I recommend this place for a few days to visit the area, 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo and about thirty castles. The walk in Loches is pleasant. The lady at reception is very friendly, the cleaning lady always greets you, but the two maintenance men are not smiling and never say hello; I think it was a difficult season for them. Be aware that it's noisy on Friday and Saturday nights because of the bar across the street. The residence can't do anything about it, but if it's hot with the window open, it's impossible to sleep with the music blaring and customers shouting.

Second stay, still just as satisfied.

The Moulin residence is very pleasant.

However, the apartments on the upper floors are very hot because they face due south and the balconies are enclosed by glass panels. The ground-floor apartments are very pleasant and stay cool. A very pleasant stay in Loches.
