As a regular here, my rating goes to the pool hygiene, which is unacceptable!
Last night, I reported to a lifeguard (wearing a red polo shirt) the presence of excrement in the water (presumably caused by a small child, it happens) just before closing time. This morning, around 10 a.m., I joined my wife and children who had been there since opening time, and I noticed the same small excrement in the same spot! Worse, when I took my goggles to check before reporting it, I noticed the filth in the water (dirt, sand, gravel, snot hanging around...) after only two hours of operation!!!
I reported this to the instructors (the lifeguard was on his cell phone and not following anything), who notified their superior, and it was finally decided to close for two hours for cleaning. I tell myself that FINALLY the job is going to be done BUT NO: an hour later I come back to see that everyone is in the water and that's when I'm told that a technician has "collected the particles with a small net" and that's it!
Clearly, they preferred the economic argument (day passes were starting to arrive on site) to the hygienic and sanitary argument!!
I should point out that I'm not used to ranting, but I myself happened to work for a long time at the edge of the pools as a lifeguard, and I am simply outraged by this scandalous practice, which demonstrates a great laxity regarding hygiene on the part of the technical teams who have never (I affirm) cleaned the pool between the day before and the day after and seem to rely solely on the automatic filtration to do so. This is all the more damaging since children and pregnant women are most exposed to Staphylococcus aureus, even though all it takes is a little discipline and professionalism to prevent it.
I will end my post by openly questioning the honesty and veracity of the samples supposedly taken to monitor water quality daily.

The location is unique on the seafront. We rented two adjoining studios on the first floor with sea views, connected by the kitchen balconies, for a family consisting of two grandparents, two parents, and a 7-year-old child. We loved it. The site and the studios were very clean. The only exception: a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling. The services available: mini-market, laundry, ping-pong, a small restaurant with excellent pizza, and activities were appreciated.

I would like to express my complete satisfaction following my stay at Saint-Luce in Martinique. The warm welcome, the kindness of the staff, the delicious buffet, and the professionalism of the teams I met made my stay unforgettable.
The service was impeccable, always with a smile and great availability. The aqua gym activities were top-notch, friendly and full of energy, perfect for creating beautiful memories. A big congratulations to the entire team for their energy, the setting, and their sense of hospitality.
Thank you to Saint-Luce for this wonderful experience; I will definitely return! One small drawback is the bedding, which needs replacing.
