We had a very good stay at Pierre et Vacances Martinique. The site is magnificent, the food is very good, there is just a lack of evening entertainment and a solution needs to be found because people are blocking the sun loungers at the pool from the morning onwards with towels, which is annoying.

We had requested a room with a sea view. Indeed, we could see the sea. However, the room mainly overlooked the pool, which wasn't ideal at all.

Everything in the room worked. The cleanliness was adequate, but not perfect. A few minor renovations or refreshes could make the stay much more pleasant. The shower system needs replacing; a reddish liquid was leaking from the refrigerator (I couldn't identify it, as there was no smell). The decor... please, a little more effort.
It's true that we travel from time to time, and each time we notice a lack of attention to detail. This hotel is no exception to these common observations. However, what's acceptable for a €40 room isn't necessarily acceptable for a €120 studio.

We weren't able to get the keys to the accommodation until 4:35 PM instead of 4:00 PM. Pierre & Vacances therefore failed to fulfill its contractual obligations. Obviously, we were unable to receive any compensation despite our request. That's a shame.

I expected a higher standard from the Pierre & Vacances group. The Accor group isn't perfect either, but the quality of their hotels is still better for a lower price.

We spent five nights at this establishment. After reading some reviews, we were expecting the worst, but upon arrival, we found a large room with a lovely terrace and comfortable bedding with clean sheets and pillows. Admittedly, the establishment and its rooms could use a little updating. We opted for the half-board option: the dishes were different each evening with a good selection. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Corinne in the restaurant. The highlights: the property's beautiful and well-maintained exotic garden, a lovely swimming pool, and a small sandy beach right next door. A few drawbacks: a relative lack of soundproofing between the apartments, slightly worn bath towels, and a shortage of shower gel. In fact, there was only a tiny bar of soap in the bathroom, and if you wanted to buy shower gel at the on-site shop, it cost five euros for a small bottle.

In any case, we had a pleasant stay.

Everything is perfect!

However, I'm still shocked that today a group of people brought out a bottle of alcohol by the pool and smoked in the water!! All this right under the nose of the lifeguard who had a good laugh with them...

Quel plaisir de lire, Amandine, que votre séjour au Village Pierre & Vacances Sainte-Luce vous a apporté entière satisfaction.

Vous soulignez néanmoins une situation qui vous a surprise au bord de la piscine. Nous vous remercions de nous en faire part. Les règles de vie et de sécurité mises en place au sein du village ont justement pour objectif de permettre à chacun de profiter des espaces communs dans un cadre agréable et respectueux de tous.

Nous regrettons que le comportement observé vous ait laissé cette impression et prenons note de votre remarque concernant la réaction de l'équipe présente à ce moment-là.

Nous retenons malgré tout que vous avez pleinement apprécié votre séjour au cœur de la Martinique, entre jardins tropicaux, vue sur la mer des Caraïbes et ambiance paisible propre au Village Pierre & Vacances Sainte-Luce.

The place is pleasant, with activities and evening entertainment for a good time. However, the condition of the accommodation is catastrophic, as are the common areas. In addition to being dilapidated, it's filthy, even disgusting. The bath and pool towels stink, the sheets stink too, the accommodations are cleaned every 3 days but there's no smell of cleanliness whatsoever, and the state of the pool is horrible as well.

Votre ressenti concernant l'état de votre logement, des parties communes, du linge ainsi que de certains équipements nous interpelle en revanche. La propreté des hébergements et des espaces partagés fait l'objet d'un suivi régulier de la part de nos équipes, et nous regrettons que votre expérience vous ait laissé une impression aussi négative sur ce point.

Nous prenons également note de vos remarques concernant les serviettes, le linge de lit ainsi que l'entretien des espaces aquatiques. Ces points feront l'objet d'une attention particulière.
