I came for a week with my family from July 18th to 25th. We received a very warm welcome. However, the rooms were disappointing. The hygiene needs a complete overhaul. I had to thoroughly clean the place and buy air freshener. I had to redo the dishes because I found 3 out of 6 cups dirty. The windows were very dirty and moldy. Fortunately, the location was beautiful and peaceful. There are 3 swimming pools available. A lovely park where children can play freely without disturbing others. Food trucks are on site every evening. There's also a small, free, and enjoyable concert. Shops are 3km away. Apart from the hygiene issues and the lack of washing machines (only 2), it's a beautiful place. A bread delivery service would also be a plus.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews.
We stayed for 15 days and just left.
Melissa, Ryan, Roxanne, and Melanie were very friendly and always had a big smile.
The maintenance staff were very responsive to any problem.
The cleaning team was great too.
The accommodation was clean and in good condition.
The pools were well-maintained. Every evening, the maintenance staff tidied up the entire terrace and sun loungers.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. A resounding 10 out of 10!

Our "little house" was very clean and spread over two floors. The kitchen had everything we needed.
