Short and nice long weekend stay for our little family with 22 month old baby.

Family weekend in a very quiet village, welcome and excellent staff, we had a problem with hot water, repairs within 30 minutes, well done

Hello ?? We came from November 8 to 11, 2024. The telephone reception for late arrivals is great. When we arrived, the accommodation was clean. Unfortunately, we found a damaged child's stair gate. I think that these should be available on request, at reception, or installed before people's arrival when a child is taking part in the stay, to prevent people from damaging them while installing them. Also, we borrowed board games that were missing pieces. It’s a shame that people don’t respect the things that are graciously lent to them. Otherwise, the indoor swimming pool was great, the sauna too. Some of the sheets to make the bed were a little short to tuck in. The terrace is small for accommodation for 6 people. Finally, I think it would be really wise to require smokers to go and smoke in a specific area: our neighbors smoked joints on their terrace and it was really unpleasant for us, especially since it is a family residence with potentially children. The staff on site were great, thank you for their welcome. :)
