Small but well maintained apartments, clean and equipped. Reception helped us get everything we needed. If we wanted to have dinner, they made reservations for us anywhere, very friendly and efficient. Good location and very nice views of the slopes and mountains.

We booked 1 apartment for 8 people to come skiing from 02/16 to 02/23/25 (from Sunday to Sunday, no one on the road and not many people on the slopes unlike the Alps at that time).
When we arrived we picked up at the Austria hotel opposite the residence the 2 sets of keys to the apartment and the ski locker + the 2 parking badges. They scanned each person's ID, we paid the tourist tax, the 2 parking spaces (15€/day and per car) as well as a deposit of 200€ even though we did not have an inventory and when we entered the apartment we found the kitchen trash can broken as well as the toaster and some black marks on a wall in the living room. Nothing serious, but for me, a deposit means an inventory.
Otherwise, the apartment was very spacious, living room with superb view of the slopes and the snowpark illuminated in the evening until 9 p.m., 1 sofa bed for 2, two armchairs, 2 poufs and a very small balcony, a well-appointed and well-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with 2 small beds pushed together (we would have preferred a large bed, especially for a vacation, it's as if the people who fit out these residences are not very ?), a huge dressing room, and still in this bedroom a 1st bathroom with a toilet, a bidet, a shower and a sink. Then in the long corridor another bathroom with another toilet, a bidet, a sink and a bathtub. Then 3 other bedrooms, 2 with a small bed and one with 2 small beds pushed together. And a small room with the washing machine.
The beds were made on our arrival and the towels were changed mid-week.
The ski lockers are huge, you even have a small bench inside. As has already been said in many reviews, access to the car park is complicated on the ramps between each floor and the spaces are very narrow. But we still put in a WV Touran with a roof box. You can put in larger cars but the Pierre & Vacances spaces on the 1st level are rarely available and it is the access to the 2nd level that is very narrow. The architect who made the plan may have thought that holidaymakers would come with their families with lots of luggage in Fiat 500s?
Very practical, the large supermarket opposite as well as the ski rental shop at the bottom of the residence and the good restaurant Llar de l'Artesa and in these 3 places the staff is very friendly.
A nice surprise, Shuttles (Minibuses) await you at the door of the residence to take you to the foot of the slopes at Grau Roig. They run the shuttle from 8:45 to 17:00, it's a great free service.
The good deal for ski passes is to take the Plus+ ski passes on Granvalira.com. You pay €5 per person when you register (to be done the day before because it's a bit long), you register a bank card and then you are charged at the end of the day. Full price on the first day and then -15% on the following days and if one day you don't ski you don't pay.
Otherwise to go for a walk in Pas de la Casa or Soldeu or Andorra la Vella you have the city buses with a stop in front of the supermarket. Remember to ask the driver for a return ticket which is much cheaper than a return trip (e.g.: return from the residence to Andorra la Vella, 21km x 2 = 42km, €5).
If you get injured on the slopes, do not waste time with your medical assistance, bank card or other (except for repatriation as I requested). You must pay your medical expenses in one of the 5 medical centers that are at the foot of the slopes, you ask for a medical report and the invoice, on your return you fill out and send the form: Care received abroad, for a reimbursement from social security and your complementary insurance. Some insurances like my personal accident insurance can advance these medical expenses and reimburse you for the remainder to be paid if social security and complementary insurance do not reimburse everything.

The perfect place with views of the mountains. I loved it. The apartment is very comfortable with everything equipped.

Absolutely rude staff who are unwilling to help, you feel extremely unwelcome, and in general the entire place is terrible.
