Good location and nice mountain views. The varied buffet and its charming and always attentive staff. Quality-price. The room, although small, had all the comforts and cozy beds. We will return.

We stayed here as a family, mainly for the convenient location and altitude, as we knew a snowstorm was predicted. We appreciated the free parking space, which is a real plus.
The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, we found the bathroom averagely clean, which could be improved. In addition, the room was poorly soundproofed, which may have disturbed our sleep at certain times.
The hotel bar is a pleasant place to relax in the evening, with billiards available. However, the music was sometimes a little loud after midnight, which might disturb those who want to relax.
As for catering, the restaurant was clean and the breakfasts were plentiful, with lots of choice, which was very appreciated by the whole family.
Overall, we had a good stay, but some improvements on cleanliness and soundproofing would be beneficial.

The apartment we stayed in is fantastic, with mountain views. Even though it is small, it has everything. The kitchen is very complete, and a detailed cleaning box, which includes a sponge for scrubbing, several tablets for the dishwasher, dishwashing detergent and a cloth. Everything very clean and very practical. The sofa bed was revealed to be two single beds, be careful that part of the sofa is not suitable for people taller than 175 cm. It is close to Grau Roig, in less than 10 minutes by car you can get there, and to go to Soldeu it is 5
min. There is a fairly complete supermarket right in front. And at the same door you have the option of renting ski equipment! It's great. We have been there twice, very happy both times. Oh, at the hotel reception they took great care of us. Totally recommended.
