Beautiful residence, located at the foot of the slopes and the golf chairlift. A warm welcome, friendly staff, and attentive to guests' needs. The apartment is very clean, functional, and very well-equipped.
For après-ski, there's an indoor pool with mountain views, as well as steam rooms and saunas.

Great stay at the Hauts Bois residence.
Everything is designed to make you have a good time.
The team was always welcoming, smiling and friendly. Staffed enough to avoid queuing.
A welcome coffee is provided on Saturday for arrival.
Possibility to order bread and pastries for the next day.
Loan of raclette machines provided for a good evening.
Access to the spas, hammam and swimming pool. Bathrobes are available in the apartments. There are lockers to store your belongings.
Obviously from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., there are a lot of children.
The apartment we rented was clean and well equipped. Note that it is equipped with a microwave and not a traditional oven.
The bedding is comfortable.
Access to the slopes is at the foot of the residence. Be careful though, for children who have a level below Flake, the return on skis can be difficult.
Access to the snow front and shops is via two lifts in ten minutes on foot.

We have been coming to “Haut Bois” for over 20 years, we have great memories there, this year was unfortunately one too many.
We chose accommodation for 8 even though we were 4 adults and 2 children. This year we inherited an apartment on the 9th floor of course with 8 beds but where it was possible to turn over to 6, there were only 6 chairs at the table and even to sit down we had to move the living room. The same goes for the provision of dishes, everyone must drink in turn; there was not enough dish to cook even for 6 people.
The kitchen area is completely obsolete, the dishwasher does not clean, the microwave works every other time, in short all the equipment is in an advanced state of disrepair.
The lighting in the apartment is insufficient. In the bathroom the hot water pressure was very insufficient and in the filthy shower the smell was unbearable. Finally the radiators in the main room did not work during the stay despite the intervention of the technical service on two occasions we had to heat ourselves with two additional electric radiators which further limited the space and discomfort. The water in the swimming pool was cold, it was impossible to stay there for more than a quarter of an hour. Lack of investment also in the ski room which was flooded every day, very cramped, overheated and with a door to the outside which remains open permanently. (hello ecology)
I will still mention the few positive points, good location near the slopes, beautiful view of the slopes and the mountains, swimming pool and sauna, Skiset and package service on site, the "Deep nature" treatments are great to finish the staff is very professional and very welcoming and do everything they can to help you but they obviously cannot resolve the lack of maintenance and investment in this residence.
In short, this “Pierre & Vacances Premium” residence should be the subject of significant investment or lose its Premium status.
We were very attached to this residence but from now on I will look for another place if I do not have confirmation of a renovation of the accommodation.
