Truly a beautiful place to spend a wonderful holiday in the shade of the pine trees, by the many pools and attractions. A calm and relaxed atmosphere under a beautiful sun and the sound of cicadas. A very nice resort, somewhat in the American style. Lovely staff!

The grounds are beautiful, but that's where the good things end. As soon as you arrive at your apartment, you'll see what a disaster this place is.

The apartments are very old and extremely poorly maintained. It seems they mix rental apartments with people who actually live there in the same building, so be prepared for noisy neighbors.
The photos on their website are completely misleading; they've been entirely staged to make the apartment look brand new and comfortable, which is a complete fabrication.
Expect the bare minimum in the apartment. In the kitchen, you'll find old non-stick pans that are completely scratched on the inside, making it impossible to cook without ingesting toxic particles from the non-stick coating. While using the toaster, the power went out, and we had to wait for maintenance to come and fix it. Their response was, "We're aware of this problem; it happens every time someone uses this toaster." If they know it's a problem, why keep that toaster in the apartment?
The air conditioning wasn't working at all; we were LITERALLY cooler outside than in the room with the AC on full blast. I doubt they've ever cleaned the filter on that AC unit, given how old and dirty everything else looked.
When we went to complain at reception, they sent a technician who came to check it out and told us, "Of course the AC isn't going to be cold; you set it to 16 degrees. It's too hot outside, so you need to set it to 23 degrees for it to cool down." That makes absolutely no sense! If it wasn't cooling the room at 16 degrees, it certainly wasn't going to cool it at 23 degrees either, which turned out to be true: we left the AC running at 23 degrees for four hours, and when we went into the room, it was as hot as an oven.

We realized they weren't going to do anything about the air conditioning, so we went to reception to ask for at least a fan. They replied that they weren't sure they had one for us and suggested, "Open the windows then." And this, knowing we had paid extra for a "renovated and air-conditioned" room!

Finally, they at least managed to get a fan from another apartment to lend us.
The toilet made a "leaking" noise every time it was flushed, and we had to manually open the lid and adjust the valve to stop it.
The Wi-Fi didn't work; it connected but had no internet access, and despite our repeated complaints to reception throughout our stay, they kept saying they would fix it, which never happened. On the last day, a technician came and, after looking at the router for a few seconds, said, "This problem needs to be resolved remotely by the internet provider; I can't do anything from here." Unfortunately, our experience here was not the best and we certainly will not be returning.

Mixed experience at this Pierre & Vacances resort

The day before our arrival, I called reception to make sure the 8-person house we had booked had air conditioning. First surprise: the house didn't have air conditioning (unbelievable these days with the heatwaves we've been experiencing). I therefore asked to be downgraded to a unit with air conditioning (traveling with two young children, including a 3-month-old baby). The receptionist assured me that she could easily switch me to an 8-person apartment with air conditioning. Imagine my surprise when, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that no changes had been made and that there were no more air-conditioned 8-person apartments available. Fortunately, the evening reception team was quick to respond and provided us with air-conditioned accommodation, although well below the standard we had booked (nearly €500 less...). How is it possible to lie to customers on the phone without any shame? And the reception manager didn't even bother to speak to the person in charge to get them to address the situation (I ran into this person who told me that her manager hadn't reported it to her and, moreover, didn't apologize for the situation herself). What a disgrace for a Pierre & Vacances resort!

The house we stayed in was decent and had a lovely terrace and a small garden. The village is very pretty and the facilities are excellent.

However, the pool area was very unsanitary, with a lot of rudeness. There was a lot of litter on the ground and parents who didn't supervise their children in the pool. My husband dared to say something to a 10-year-old girl who was hitting our 2-year-old daughter, and he was insulted and threatened by a hysterical, rude, and uneducated mother. Of course, there was no one to maintain order at the pool. We didn't return because of these disrespectful people. A shame for a residence located next to a prestigious golf course…

A first stay in this charming, recreated Provençal village.
However, although we specified on the booking that we had two babies, we were given an apartment at the very top of the building. Needless to say, getting around with a double stroller was a real ordeal, navigating stairs and cramped, dingy elevators from the underground parking garage. To get to the 4th level, you had to press zero!

A special mention to the team at the "Le Café des Arts" restaurant where we had our evening meals. The waiters were friendly, professional, and always smiling. Thank you to them.

On the other hand, the reception staff at the residence were not very friendly, if at all, and certainly not concerned about our complaints regarding the inconveniences we encountered.

A somewhat disappointing stay, especially since the main pool and the advertised markets were not yet open at the end of June/beginning of July.

The rooms are very basic and noisy. The lack of an oven is a major drawback. There are no washing machines on the premises. The nearest one is 10 km away in the village.

It is advertised that a Provençal market takes place at the resort every Thursday. This information is incorrect. Nothing has happened so far.

The location is ideal for excursions.
