Beautiful, very clean exterior.
Very pleasant staff. Good buffet selection for half-board guests.
The interior needs updating (mattresses).
Add more dishes, glasses, and plates.

The facilities are superb. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and professional.

However, the lack of air conditioning in the accommodations is a drawback.
Despite following the instructions to maintain a comfortable temperature at night, the hot air is trapped upstairs.

The pools and water slides are fantastic, and the lifeguard service is impeccable.
Numerous dining options are available.

We had a very pleasant stay at Pierre & Vacances in terms of the park's facilities and staff. The pool, the infrastructure, and all the teams are truly excellent. Special mention goes to the Les Tilleuls restaurant: the staff are lovely, always smiling, and the meals are varied and of very good quality.

However, we were disappointed with the Bastide 33. The photos shown during the booking process did not accurately reflect reality. We were expecting a flat, open garden, like the one shown in the photos, but we discovered a very small garden with numerous steps, rocks, and uneven terrain, without any barriers or fences for safety. With a one-year-old, this posed a real risk, and unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy the outdoors as we had imagined.

Regarding cleanliness, the routine cleaning seemed adequate, but several more serious problems were present: a lot of mold in the bathroom grout, and the presence of a few cockroaches and ants.

The most problematic aspect, however, remains our baby, who was bitten every night during our stay. We couldn't even use one of the bedrooms properly because of it. She ended the holiday covered in bites (and I should point out that they weren't mosquito bites). It's an experience we shouldn't have had to go through.

It's a real shame, because this rental doesn't live up to the rest of the resort. The house is old, doesn't have air conditioning, and contrasts sharply with the quality of the facilities and services offered by Pierre & Vacances.

The village was very pretty, the half-board was good, and the waiters and staff were very friendly. It's easy to explore the surrounding villages, with plenty to see. Both swimming pools had their advantages; we managed to find sun loungers each time, but the village wasn't crowded. A couple of minor drawbacks: the bedding was really poor and gave us back pain. With so much delicious fruit around the village, the fruit offered at the buffet wasn't up to par.

Checked in last week (Saturday). Terrible. Reception staff overwhelmed, incompetent, and untrained. But the manager said everything was normal. Otherwise, the restaurants and pools were good. The cleanliness of the accommodation was just okay.
