Quiet and family friendly, very well located

Relatively well laid out establishment with plenty of storage.
The kitchen is functional and sufficiently equipped with dishes.
The location is ideal in summer and winter, at the foot of the slopes…
Strong point for us it accepts dogs!!!

First time in the mountains in summer.
First time on Bolquère Pyrénées 2000.
First time in the Pierre et Vacances residence.
NO REGRETS. We had a wonderful week. Everything was there for us to have a great vacation. The apartment was clean, well appointed, well located. A view ??. Superb hikes.
The lady at the reception very friendly, kind, pleasant, smiling ??. In short, I recommend and I will come back

My main complaint, I was there from March 30 to April 1, when I arrived at the hotel I was told that I had to pay a deposit of 200 euros. Until now everything is fine and correct, I have been waiting for 3 days for the return of that deposit that supposedly It would be automatically credited to my bank account and this was what they told me at reception and there is also no way to contact the place. I have called the phone number and I get no answers and there is no email with Pierre and Vacance Residence Le Sequoia .
The room was not clean, it had a bad smell.
And the person who serves you doesn't speak much Spanish.

My experience has been very pleasant. I admit that all the shops were closed when we were there, we couldn't buy even a Coca-Cola and the road was not suitable for travel due to so much snow, but we brought food with us and everything was great. But a vending machine at reception wouldn't hurt. But very happy
