Thank you for sharing your impressions Gerard, although we are sorry to learn that your second year of rental did not live up to your expectations. We would like to emphasize that our reception team does its best to provide impeccable service, and we are delighted!

Pierre and V: Regarding the apartments, we understand that you expect a certain level of comfort. At the Pierre & Vacances Les Parcs de Grimaud residence, you can enjoy spacious apartments...

- Remarks: this is not correct, an apartment for 4 people is difficult to appreciate. There were only 2 of us, unfolding the bed, uncomfortable, no air conditioning this year, all this made the stay not pleasant.

Oriented towards a budget clientele, why not, that's your strategy, but out of season, for clients looking for quality and tranquility, we are disappointed.

The apartments have endured over the years, far from what one can hope for by playing the “Pierre et Vacances” “quality security”.

Some rentals seem to be at the end of the world... not really pleasant to find yourself isolated, without a view, far from the swimming pool and above all without the possibility of access to unload your vehicle.

The dilapidation of the apartments, the distance from the swimming pool, the lack of air conditioning accompanied by mosquitoes are likely to spoil your stay.

PRM access to the swimming pool has been closed... apparently by decision of the co-ownership???

“Often” featuring balconies or terraces overlooking green spaces, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. What we saw on the day of our arrival was demoralizing! to translate as nothing to see,.

The residence also offers several amenities to enhance your stay, such as swimming pools and leisure areas, ideal for the whole family.

Indeed, once you reach the swimming pool, in very good weather, unheated, unsupervised and managed by P and V, it is pleasant.

We take note of your comments and are constantly working to improve our services to guarantee the best possible experience for our customers.

Please tell me what “wonders” you are going to achieve, renovating the apartments? Allow you to drop off your suitcases without traveling 500? Air conditioning allowing peaceful nights in quality bedding? Be transparent about accommodation conditions by clearly explaining that you must "unfold the sofa" in a small living room every day if you want to try sleeping on poor quality bedding, in stifling heat and with mosquitoes.

This co-ownership does not seem to care about the quality of vacationers' stay, riding on the image of Golf de St Tropez.

This place is still so magical and magnificent

So of course we are in a region where luxury is king, so the apartments of the Les Restanques residence may seem a little cheap to the billionaires who sail in yachts along the Gulf of Saint Tropez... but if you are people normal then you are in for a treat! Fully equipped apartments that are more than functional and comfortable, views of the mountains and the Gulf of Saint Trop, small portable air conditioning for hot days, lagoon and wave swimming pools, slides and a splendid little lake... all in one region which smells of the south and relaxation... the large beaches of Croix Valmer are not far away, nor are water activities...
and for those who enjoy a quiet day, we recommend the nautical base of Lac de l'Aréna in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, a 45-minute drive inland.
We liked the welcome, the location of the residence close to everything, the swimming pools etc...
The only downside for us is the (independent) restaurant of this beautiful residence, just one poor waitress to do everything (reception, seating, drinks, taking orders, service, etc.) on a Sunday evening...it's meh..
