The reception team and the facilities at the residence are fantastic. My only complaint is having pet hair in your apartment, especially if you're allergic.
When will there be apartments reserved for guests without pets?

The residence is truly great, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
The apartment we rented was for 8 people. There was no mezzanine, but three spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed, balcony, and bathroom.
The pool area is great, and the gym was a little extra that we loved!

Clean and functional accommodation. The living room is perhaps a little narrow when you convert the sofa into a bed. But overall, everything was great. A very pleasant and responsive team.
