Very nice apartment for 10 people in duplex, mountain view, ski-in ski-out. Competent, smiling and friendly staff

I had a fantastic stay at Les Alpages de Reberty with my little family (2 young children)! This premium residence is ideally located on the slopes, making access to ski activities incredibly convenient. The apartments, recently renovated, offer modern comfort while preserving a warm atmosphere. The sauna and swimming pool are real assets to relax after a day on the slopes. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday experience!

Common areas not maintained. Several falls. Accommodation side. You pay full price for a discount. Children's room, more like a submarine bunk. Non-existent insulation. Cold air passes from the frames. Renovation done. Lol
I strongly advise against it.

Very disappointed, a week for more than €3000 but the service does not follow at all!!
The complex does not deserve 4 stars.
The accommodation is indicated renovated but I have very serious doubts, I am attaching the photo of the kitchen hood... I will spare you the other details in the accommodation.
Concerning the spa area (not located in our residence but in the building where the reception is located approximately 300m away) I am also attaching the photos. The premises, hammam and sauna areas, swimming pool are very dirty. The pool is extremely cold, when we report the information we are told defensively that it's not their fault, in short.
HYGIENE NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED
Concerning the last day, the elevator was broken, we told reception who told me once again that it was not their fault and that they had no solution or help so we found ourselves in great difficulty going down the 4 floors with our luggage, this is limited for a service which must be of a 4 star level!!!
Regarding the ski room, ours was outside so there was no place to put our shoes on, another neglected service.
WE WILL NEVER RETURN!!

Very pleasant stay.
The residence needed a refresh and the renovations carried out were very successful.
Comfort and cleanliness are improved.
The residence is always ideally located at the foot of the slopes.
Listening teams with special mention for the new Director of the Residence with whom I was able to have a constructive exchange on the residence and its future.
