We have been there for a week. The place is magnificent, the park is wooded and well maintained. The apartments are clean and cleaned every 3 days. The swimming pool area is pleasant with its bars and entertainment. We are having a great vacation in a magical place.

A “premium” service of poor quality. Their superior prices are superior only to the price. To avoid if you are looking for a clean environment...

The sound insulation between the rooms is non-existent, we hear the slightest noise from the neighbors, which does not allow any privacy.
Regarding the hygiene and maintenance of the room, the clothes cupboard smells of mold, the sheet protectors are not suitable for the bed (see photo, deplorable hygiene), the cleaning service in the middle of the stay (premium service) does not redo the bed, the spiders are well established on the ceilings. The area around the terrace is full of trash.

Hot water takes 5 minutes to arrive after turning on the tap in the shower, the cupboard doors are very difficult to open because they have no handles.

The tennis court is unusable, and the advertised "sea view" is disappointing, as shown in the photo taken from the terrace.

It’s a shame, because the site is splendid.
