Very nice experience on a Pierre & Vacances. This is a first for us. The catering is really good as well as the staff who are very welcoming, kind and smiling.
I would like to particularly thank the hotel manager for his attentiveness, his kindness and his compassion towards my husband.

Ah, the art of living in a true masterpiece of habitat! Beautifully stained sheets, perfect for lovers of abstract paintings. The sweet scent of sewer, offered free of charge by the shower drain, instantly transports you to a spa...under the sewer. Cockroaches, faithful companions, complete this decor worthy of the greatest safaris. As for the fridge door that doesn't close, it's there to facilitate your food transit, of course. And the pool liner? A real two-in-one: swimming pool and bouncy castle, for afternoons of pure adventure. Are you looking for a challenge? Try the obstacle and orienteering course in the park, where the lamps are like shooting stars: non-existent
However, we thank the Site Director who listened with sadness to our disappointment and who ensured that we received compensation, unfortunately not up to what he had estimated and announced.

We loved our vacation at Pierre et Vacances

Small points of improvement (for the difference of 5 ⭐️ and which are not very serious):
- The air conditioning is not adjustable in the room, we would have liked to turn it down but it is impossible for the thermostat to increase the temperature. (On this point, we did not request reception)
- There are no signs not to clean the room :-)
- we know that the restaurants around the hotel are independent but a leaflet with opening days/hours can be a plus. :-)
- On the pool side, a little karcher to clean the beach around the pool and an intervention to reglue the liner.
- Your room: do small maintenance as you go (Ex: replace a broken mirror)

What we liked and why you should choose this club:
- The view and access to the beach: PARADISIAC❣️!
- The location ?️, for having discussed with a Guadeloupean: the Ste Anne / St François corner is one of the best for the climate which is better than in Basse Terre, for the towns and activities nearby (lots of beaches mentioned in the guides less than 30 minutes from the club)
- We don't have children ?‍?‍? BUT children's activities, coloring ?️ available at reception ?
- Shops and restaurants ?‍? available on site
- We called reception ??‍? for a small problem: during the day they had stopped by. When you see the size of the club, they didn't ONLY have our request to manage and we are aware of it: they were RESPONSIVE.
