We are very disappointed with our stay. Stained towels, beach towels and sheets. The first evening after a day of flying no water pressure or hot water.
Breakfasts if you arrive after 8am no more sandwich bread no luck and the music is loud!!
To top it all off a cockroach living in the room.
Frankly we are extremely disappointed and thought that the Pierre et Vacances brand had a good reputation and well not at all!

Negative points: Dilapidated accommodation, need for renovation especially in the bathroom (mold on the walls, traces of paint on the floor, lock mounted upside down, hassle when your 4 year old child locks you out).
Defective bay window which cannot be locked, annoying on the ground floor. Accommodation poorly insulated acoustically.
On the 2 swimming pools the liners are no longer taut which forms large bubbles and folds, not very pleasant, there is no grid around the large swimming pool, be careful not to put your feet in it.
Not enough parking spaces.
Positive points: Super well-maintained exterior park setting, reception and catering staff very welcoming and helpful, excellent cleaning and linen change, self-service laundry..

Let's move on to....the half-board at the community canteen level, the poor number of beach facilities, the erratic Wi-Fi....
There remains decent accommodation in a green, quiet area. We feel very clearly that management comes before customer satisfaction....It has its limits, and here we are

15 super great days..already experienced P&V and not disappointed. Staff attentive and very kind. Room very good. Magnificent setting. Perfect meal, nothing is missing, everyone can find what they want.

Insufficient bathroom linen 1 towel per person for 3 days for head and body is not logical
Lack of deckchairs it is not expensive to put a pile and everyone can benefit from it because always the same people reserve their deckchair and what's more, it's not in very good condition.
I am delighted with my stay and hope to return while being in the same corner of d3s tamarins.

Apparently a little old-fashioned. On the other hand, good atmosphere in the heart of the site, very calm.
