Overall, very good. Perfect location in the center of Deauville. We love the access to the quality pool. The staff is very pleasant and the place is very pretty.
There are a few flaws in the apartment that could have been avoided for the price (leaky showerhead, moldy shower seal, missing dishes, etc.)

Very good underground parking, very good apartment, very good swimming pool. Good geo-location between Deauville and Trouville, everything within walking distance.

Very mixed review.
Even though we were lucky enough to have an apartment with a view of the Casino, several points bothered us a little.
Leaving outside of school holidays but finding ourselves in a pool full of screaming toddlers thinking they were in a municipal pool—nothing relaxing, despite the 5-star spa concept.
Also note that reservations are required to access the hammam/sauna area. That doesn't mean it's not overcrowded, since there were about fifteen of us there.
Arriving for breakfast on Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. The receptionist told us to check with the receptionist to see if it was still possible to see us. The receptionist openly told us he'd forgotten about us. Result? The trays were empty. We were surprised and pointed out that we had reserved the night before and that it was specified that the weekend service was open until 11:00 a.m. He agreed and asked us what we wanted. So, we had a plated breakfast, not a buffet at all. Around forty euros for two for scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon, and a glass of juice. No fresh or local produce, just frozen pastries. We obviously went back to reception to let them know we didn't want breakfast for our last few days.
Also, keep in mind that parking is paid (and not included in the price).
However, we noted the ideal location on the peninsula. We were able to do everything on foot.

Wonderful stay, top team, warm and pleasant swimming pool because we can go outside, it's pleasant, perfect room, small downside, having the instructions for the microwave oven would not be a refusal ?‍♀️excellent breakfast, choice and for all tastes and the hotel is very well located next to the center, the beach

This is the 8th time we have come in 2 years. This time we are extremely disappointed.
After booking a 2-bedroom apartment including a master suite, with an exterior, we had a room facing north, with a very small covered balcony, without any light, very noisy.
There is no master suite but a shower room with a walk-in shower without a closed door so it floods the bathroom, making it slippery and dirty.
The shower thermostat does not work either. Neither do the towel dryers.
A technician came but it is always the same. For the broken towel dryers, we were offered additional radiators and to change the towels more often (after much negotiation, because we had to bring the soaked towels back to reception ourselves...).
In addition, there is a serious lack of kitchen utensils compared to previous times.
In addition, the baby kit ordered is not in the room when we arrive.
Let's not talk about the "kids corner", no more toys, everything is broken, while for 20€ in a flea market you can fill it up a bit.
No toys have been replaced since 2022. It's deplorable.
The swimming pool is crowded, no one respects the rules, the lifeguard (alone for 90 people), is overwhelmed (which is normal), we need at least 2.
It's really a shame at 300€ per night during school term. Especially when you are regular customers, it's deplorable to be welcomed like this.
Move on.
Very poorly maintained establishment. It's a shame
Even geduld...
