Spacious but overheated accommodation (23 degrees in the accommodation this weekend of January 18 is too much!!), comfortable bedding, but smell of poorly cleaned toilets (urine) in the entrance and toilets...
The spa is great, sauna, hammam, and salt cave, a long-awaited moment of relaxation!
But !!!!
Disappointed with the services of the swimming pool area. 3/4 of the changing rooms do not close (HS electronic card systems). Of the 4 collective showers, 1 only lets a trickle of water flow, and 2 are cold. Only 1 worked correctly in terms of power and temperature.
And the pompom.... In 2020, when we came, there were mattresses on the indoor deckchairs. This weekend, we had to put the towels on the plastic mesh which was not soft at all. So very relative comfort for relaxing after swimming...

So overall disappointed with the services for an aparthotel with so many stars...

Very pleasant residence, comfort is present! The apartment we rented was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Enjoying the swimming pool and sauna was a real plus. A real moment of relaxation.

Family stay with 4 children, very suitable apartment, ideal location in the center of Deauville, 5 minutes from all activities.

Very pleasant indoor swimming pool and well heated in winter.

The children and we were delighted and I recommend this place as a family, it was great!

We have a planned one-week stay in a 3-bedroom superior apartment.
We arrived at 5 p.m. the room was not ready, we waited 30 minutes in the hall. impossible to get the room at the time or the room number to allow us to bring up the suitcases. Really average reception…
For a hotel that claims to be 5 stars.

We rented a Duplex with terraces.
But they are doomed... we were not warned, it is obviously because of the last storm but no one told us about it. The price was not lower however.
The windows are closed with chains, we cannot ventilate.
Upon arrival in one of the three rooms we are surprised by a nauseating smell. Like rising sewers.
The sofa fabrics are very dirty.
I don't want the kids to put their faces in it...
Finally, when putting a bottle of milk in the fridge door, the shelf which was cracked, broke on the ground...

We are delighted there are still 6 days left…
