Disappointed with the service, no bakery service, no billiards, table football, no possibility of drinking coffee or an aperitif on site. For a premium, it's disappointing. The design of the duplex accommodation is surprising, the terrace at the back of the accommodation is tiny. The terrace at the front of the accommodation is great but accessed via a long corridor or from the bedroom! Too bad it doesn’t give direct access to the kitchen. The location is great, very quiet residence.

Very good apartment complex with heated pool. The studios are well furnished and have everything you need for both shorter and longer stays. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay at Terrasses d’Arsella. The apartment was clean, functional and very well equipped, perfect for a peaceful vacation. The residence is located in a quiet area, in the heart of the Corsican maquis.
Available heated swimming pool and gym.
The location is also a real plus: a stone's throw from the Gulf of Saint-Cyprien and just 15 minutes from Porto-Vecchio.

Superb residence with sea view. Very spacious apartment, top bedding, well equipped, everything you need in the apartment. Very comfortable sofa. Beautiful, superbly equipped terrace.

Small negative point, there is a lack of a catering point (restaurant, takeaway snack, bread, etc.)
We went back a second time (after April 2022) and we will happily return

We spent an exceptional week in this residence. The setting is magnificent, between sea and mountains. The residence is very well maintained, the welcome warm and attentive. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. Bonus with the heated swimming pool which we took full advantage of! We will come back without hesitation!
