Housekeeping not very clean. Needs checking.

35 euros extra for a 5 minute delay in handing over the keys, we left the room at 11am just enough time to go to reception!

Regulars at the residence, but nothing's going right:
Baby kit ordered when booking but missing from the apartment upon our arrival.
Towel dryer with "do not use" sign
Kitchen pull-out fan out of order
Cupboard above the fridge doesn't close properly (already reported last year for this apartment)
Missing stool, only 6 seats for a 6/7 person apartment. We had to ask reception twice (with unwelcome suspicion)
Elevator out of order for part of the week
Garage door (parking lot 2) out of order: remained open all week
Too bad the "no bakery service" information wasn't provided
Franck GERVAIS, during his last visit to the owners, promised special attention during their stay. For us, no consideration this year!!!

Magnificent resort and residence at the foot of the slopes

Very clean apartment and very well located. Everything nearby and ski-in/ski-out. We will return
