My experience at this hotel has been disastrous.
I stayed only one day the last weekend of January.
I booked through Booking and the day before the reservation, I received a message from the app telling me that at the time of check-in I had to leave a deposit of €200 and that I had to present the credit card with which I had made the reservation. €200 nothing more and nothing less!!!!
I found it absolutely embarrassing and of course, I called to say that I was not going to pay that amount. They put it in some conditions that are incorporated into the app that they know no one opens.
And the credit card thing makes even less sense. What if they have given me the stay? What if I have made the reservation with my husband, mother, father, son's card? How do I justify it?
I called and said that I didn't have €200 and that I thought all this was embarrassing.
Finally, they decided to give in and the next day I arrived at the hotel.
The little interaction I had with the staff was very good.
The bad thing came when I got to the room.
Uncomfortable beds and pillows. The shower screen completely dirty. It was disgusting to shower in that shower. A lot of stench in the room, I don't know what.
The bathroom does not have doors, it is incorporated into the room. I went alone, but if I go with someone, I have to see how they relieve themselves and shower. Very modern and all, but nothing practical.
When I went to sleep, the noise inside the hotel was incredible. I was going for one night and I didn't want to bother the staff after having done me the favor of the deposit and I didn't want to put on earplugs for fear of falling asleep, since the next day at 11 you have to be out.
I don't have any eyesight problems, but there was no one who could watch the TV properly because of how small it is.
In short, abusive conditions that the workers themselves solved for me and also a dirty, uncomfortable and noisy room.
Of course, I will never return and I do not recommend it to anyone.

We were very well received by Juan, the hotel is magnificent, the bar service was great with very smiling and friendly waiters. I recommend this hotel which is located facing the sea with many shops nearby

Hotel on the seafront of Fuengirola very close to the center. The views towards the sea are stunning.

The rest was satisfactory.
