We spent 12 days there in November. The residence is well located close to shops and the sea. However, it deserves to be renovated as it is aging. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. However, the smell of vinegar in the corridors is very unpleasant. Another cleaning product would be appreciated and would create a more pleasant olfactory atmosphere for customers.
The reception team is the strong point of this residence: Clément always so helpful, Ilaria the very professional and very patient reception manager was able to respond to our request to change rooms following a very noisy problem. disturbing at night, and finally Alegria, very warm, helpful and accommodating, whom we were able to meet on the day of our departure. She was able to find a solution for our luggage. Viva Espana!
This is the 2nd time we have come to Menton and we will certainly come back to Les Citronniers for the professionalism of the reception team. They do everything to satisfy us in the event of a problem and this is very important when you want to have a good stay.
