For 2 studios, cost of almost 4000 euros for 1 week for 5 people, the quality/price ratio is bad.

I am not a person who likes to give bad reviews. But here they deserve it. Especially because you tell them that you have arrived and found the room dirty with the previous tenants' things and they apologize and tell you that there will be compensation. But in reality, they only respond to you to put off, wait for you to leave and never mind.
This is what happened to us:
We arrived at night, the room was dirty with the former tenants' things. We called the phones we had and there was no answer.
That night we had to buy sheets so we could sleep.
The next day they told us they were very sorry and they would send someone to clean up.
So coming back from skiing, the room was still dirty, they didn't leave us any of the kit they said they left us with, there were no towels. Today we continue with a towel and I had to stay and not go skiing to clean the room.
The room smells very bad. Like a dead mouse.
I have already cleaned it twice and the water still comes out black.
