Room 102, the first one right after reception/building entrance, was a nightmare, especially with young children. The children's beds are in the entrance hall, and of course, it's very poorly soundproofed, so you can hear everyone coming and going, people talking, early risers and late sleepers, etc. It's impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. It might have been different in another room, but for me, it was a very unpleasant stay. Otherwise, the amenities were fine, the cleanliness was acceptable, and the location was okay.
I stayed there from April 7th to 10th. I found myself alone in an apartment meant for four, and yet it was cheaper than most hotels.
The receptionist was very friendly when I arrived.
The apartment is very nice, clean, and functional. Just one minor drawback: there's no power outlet by the sofa (perhaps they have extension cords at reception; I didn't ask). The soundproofing could be better, but it's still acceptable.
The residence is very secure.
I wouldn't hesitate to come back for another getaway!
