Came for one night during our weekend in St Malo, not disappointed, very good value for money, very clean place and pleasant welcome, the proximity to the intra muros is really a plus.

Very good stay but studio 404 is a little less comfortable than the others we tested. Bed less comfortable because the mattress seems worn and an infiltration at the window means that we can feel the air passing through.
However, the teams are very friendly, the residence is well located and good value for money.
