We stayed for 4 nights at the end of January - we had no interaction with the staff so nothing to say about that but what a disappointment when entering the room.
The renovated label was put forward a little too early. We were expecting renovated rooms and furniture.... suffice to say that we are far from it!!! Maybe some rooms are but clearly it's a ho,te because the photos have nothing to do with it. We are very good Pierre et Vacances customers and clearly we were disappointed by the dilapidation and lack of cleanliness of the building (the rooms, the entire sauna/swimming pool area, ski locker room, etc.)

The positive is the location.

Ras on the staff and the location.

On the other hand, the apartments are not ultra clean, the soundproofing is non-existent and the hot water is extremely variable.
The sofa bed is far from comfortable.

But in truth, all this could pass if the residence was truly family-friendly as is touted.

The groups of partygoers are unfortunately at home and the others just have to endure.

There is no one there at night, if there is a problem you will have to call the police despite the friendliness of the staff.

As if we had to bother with these problems on vacation.

You have to look on the bright side, we're almost happy to be back today ?

Residence at the foot of the slopes, welcoming and professional staff.
Without forgetting the great restaurant "La fondue" within the establishment, with a very pleasant welcome.
I recommend.

Pleasant staff, seen on the mountain equipped kitchen close to the slopes however several inconveniences unheated swimming pool, water in the shower is not powerful otherwise the water becomes cold,
Housekeeping not ok, hairs in the shower and moldy stained cover with hairs on the covers, Strong smell in the corridors, internet photos improved contrary to reality. Poor soundproofing therefore noise from others.
(Please note that the residence does not have parking and therefore requires payment and it is up to you to do the cleaning)
Still a pleasant stay despite some inconveniences, I still advise you to book in advance because I wouldn't have paid more for this rental.

Cependant, nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés lors de votre séjour. Concernant le ménage, il est regrettable que vous ne l'ayez pas signalé à la réception, notre équipe aurait été ravie de vous aider pour résoudre rapidement ces problèmes.

En ce qui concerne la piscine, nous souhaitons vous rassurer qu'elle est bien chauffée à 28 degrés. Si la température vous a semblé différente, nous nous excusons pour cette impression et vérifierons que tout est en ordre pour garantir le confort de nos clients.

Encore désolés pour ces désagréments. Nous espérons avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir de nouveau dans de meilleures conditions et vous offrir une expérience plus agréable.
