During the week of February 7th to 14th, 2026, we had apartment number 752 at the Ours Blanc residence in Alpe d'Huez, managed by Pierre & Vacances. The apartment was in a deplorable state: the sofa was broken, the mattress and duvets were stained, the chairs were torn, the carpets smelled musty and were stained, the electrical outlets were loose, and everything was very old and didn't justify the price—it was a rip-off.

Despite all this, the reception was quite pleasant, the services outside were fairly good, and the resort itself was very nice. But the apartment was truly dreadful.

Pleasant welcome, the residence is ideally located in the centre of the resort.
