Great stay, the hostess Marion very professional, attentive and involved. The apartment is quiet and easy to access to the slopes and village thanks to these public elevators.

Friendly, welcoming, attentive staff. Congratulations on that side!!
Logistically, there are 2 downsides:
- cleanliness of the studio: dirt under the sofa bed, bagless vacuum cleaner not cleaned and not pleasant (we called to have it emptied but got another vacuum cleaner with a broken brush...)
- Departure: no snowcats at the end of the morning at the bottom of ANTARES, obligation to "drag" (very unpleasant) our numerous bags in several trips towards the long corridor of the other building to take the big elevator and get a sled

Excellent stay! Perfect welcome by the receptionist Quentin. His colleague the following Saturday was just as pleasant.
The residence has been well renovated (painting in progress, furniture, bedding, appliances)
Possibility of borrowing numerous games for children and adults.
Calm and exceptional view because the residence is at the very top of the resort. => rather sporty with children ?
But being on the slopes after leaving the residence is very nice!

We booked this accommodation for 1 night with the Montblanc Booking agency. I do not recommend this agency.
They told us that we could return to the apartment when the room was done.
When we arrived, the room had not been made, the sheets were unmade, nothing was put away. When I called the agency to ask them to tidy the room, they told me that I had to contact the Antarès hotel directly. When I asked at the front desk, they told me they don't take care of accommodations managed by other agencies.
No help was given to us. When I tried to call the agency again, no answer. 1 hour later, the agency called me to tell me that we had to put the key back in the box so that the cleaners could come. I asked them to use one of their keys because we were getting off and you should know that the Antarès hotel is located at the highest point in the station.
The manager on the phone told me they had no other keys besides the one I had. Making fun of.

- Wait 1 hour to find a solution and tell me that I have to return the key for cleaning even though it was 5 p.m. and I was told that at 4 p.m. the room would be ready.

No compensation was given to us and we had to sleep in disgusting sheets and room.

Avoid if you plan to sleep in a clean apartment, the only plus is the view.
