Horror flee!! Zero stars! This is the first time in 10 years of traveling that I have given an opinion on the first day! To begin with, having caught the flu the day before, I called booking and Pierre et vacances to find out if it was possible to postpone our stay by a week... Very kind Booking accepted despite the non-refundable option. But Pierre and V, after more than 2 hours on the phone with flu, going back and forth between the headquarters in Paris and the constellation residence, no one responded to my request…. The reason: Booking does not follow up on the change! Liars! I had 3 very friendly people from Booking who all assured me that for their part it was possible with the verbal agreement of Pierre and V... In short, here I am with winter sports flu at the risk of transmitting the flu and unable to ski! It's not over, the residence is a real huge factory that is very poorly maintained! When we arrive I introduce myself, they recognize me but not a word of empathy! They cash in and that’s it! Being with family with our surprise large luggage... the elevator does not work and no one warned us... no one offered us help... if you want to fully enjoy your stay in La Plagne choose another residence, because here they are only after your money and they don't deserve it!

A beautiful residence, good service with very welcoming staff. Very beautiful view of the mountain and ideally located for hikes in summer and also for skiing in winter.

Spent a week in Belle Plagne (FR), fantastic mountains for trekking or downhill as well as skiing in winter (ski area known and appreciated all over the world)
I recommend it to Italians who, for now, don't frequent it
Furthermore, the various mountain resorts are close to large cities
Enchanting landscapes not only for adults but also for children
I recommend it both in summer (August 2024 the temperature was between 7/8 degrees in the morning at seven and 20/23 during the day)
that in winter because in Belle Plagne for example there is everything it is a small town

Stay in August 2024 for 10 days in Belle Plagne (The constellations - Andromeda).
The staff takes great care of the customer.
The accommodation (for 6) is small, but we knew that when booking, but it was still enough to sleep and eat: we were there to enjoy the outdoors (and we really enjoyed it!)
Although the apartment was clean when we arrived, my son found a small car and a capsule under a sofa showing that the cleaning was not done thoroughly? That won't stop me from coming back for sure!

It is a very beautiful residence, nothing to say
