Friendly welcome, clean apartment at the foot of the slopes with a great view

If you arrive without a car, it is a challenge to understand how to enter the building: pedestrian access is not signposted and you have to try several small doors along a walkway. Once inside, you end up in the garage, hoping to find someone to point you to the front desk.
The building is dated, with a musty smell, and the reception staff are unwelcoming. I had paid for the "beds made" service, but the beds were not ready when I arrived. Despite reassurances, the problem has not been resolved,
The apartment was inadequate: an area with bunk beds that was freezing and had no heating, and a living room with uncomfortable sofas. Heating turned off on arrival and no blanket provided, forcing me to use bath towels.
Positive aspects? Relative proximity to the facilities.

The worst experience of my life in a vacation home! ?

We booked Pierre & Vacances Les Constellations for a week of family skiing, with my wife and our 4 year old daughter, but this stay was a real disaster.

Broken elevators: Both elevators were out of service during our entire stay. Result: every time we wanted to ski, we had to go down from the 3rd to the 1st floor, where we also had to carry all the equipment. Then we had to go up to the 5th floor with all this equipment.
“Ski on feet”, a false advertisement: Contrary to what is advertised, we find ourselves at the end of a very long parking lot. You have to walk 10 minutes to reach the snow. In total, from the apartment to the starting point for skiing, it took between 20 and 25 minutes. It’s exhausting, especially with the equipment. My wife and daughter were already exhausted before even starting ski lessons.
The only positive point is that the welcome was warm and welcoming, but unfortunately it's not everything you want from a holiday stay.

These hassles totally ruined our stay and demotivated us. What was supposed to be a magical experience for our daughter turned into a chore.

I strongly advise against this residence! It’s a logistical nightmare and a huge disappointment. ?
