The apartments are pretty, clean and functional.
The food varied and the staff is professional and pleasant.
The swimming pool is too small in summer, difficult to swim in, impossible to swim.
The park is very pretty and well maintained, it's a shame that the common areas of the apartments lack cleanliness.
You need a car because in the evening, there is very little entertainment and the terrace is very small and does not lend itself to conviviality.

We stayed 10 days in the residence.
Overall we had a good stay but a few things were not there.
The +: the residence is secure, suitable for families, the children here 11 and 14 enjoyed making friends.
The location between sea and mountains is ideal (to visit the cova foradada 12 minutes away, mont roig del camp, the beaches (Miami Platja, Platja arenal, cala bot and the other calas).
The swimming pool is quite spacious and pleasant.
The green spaces are very well maintained

The -: very (too) noisy, loud music at 10 a.m. at the swimming pool, disco every evening without exception, it's not possible to have a quiet dinner once)
The apartment for 5 people is too poorly equipped, a table for 4 and 4 chairs on the balcony, an uncomfortable and noisy sofa bed, lack of dishes...
The cleaning on arrival left something to be desired (black feet after 5 minutes...)
The common areas quite dirty.
The laundry 3 HS machines out of 4
The games in the teen area are all broken...
Tiny fridge

I'm not sure we would come back, having done a lot of stone and vacation, we found that this one did not always meet our expectations.

To end on a positive note, the staff, as is often the case at Pierre et Vacances, are very attentive and friendly.

Blah blah...

Not everything is bad, the rooms are nice and clean
The pleasant staff
The well-maintained club
The buffet is not fantastic but it does the job

But what a bore!

The pool is clearly too small and the water is cold, not to mention the lifeguard constantly on his cell phone instead of monitoring
The entertainment is always the same every day and in the evening apart from playing music there is nothing.

We had to drive every day to find activities to do outside

We spoke with several vacationers all of the same opinion

First stone and vacation and last also not enough entertainment

**Very bad experience - I strongly advise against it!**

I am extremely disappointed and annoyed by my stay at Pierre & Vacances in Spain. When I arrived, the room was just dirty. I immediately reported the problem to reception, where I was assured that someone from housekeeping would come back. Well, no one ever came! I find this unacceptable for an establishment that claims to be professional.

To top it off, my son, who is a baby, forgot his blanket in the room when we left. Since my return to France, I haven't stopped calling the hotel to try to get this blanket back. I was informed that it had been found, but then told that I would have to find a carrier myself to collect it. I am French, I don't speak Spanish and I don't know the local carriers. I tried to get help from the hotel, but the person on the phone was extremely rude.

After several unsuccessful attempts to organize the shipment, and despite my willingness to pay for the service, I am now at an impasse. My son is still waiting for his blanket, and I am desperate. The hotel told me that they could not send the blanket, but only wait for a carrier to come and collect it. However, after contacting several carriers, none agreed to go there to collect it. I offered to generate a shipping label so someone at the hotel could send it, but they refused, leaving me completely stranded.

I find this situation unacceptable. My child is sad without his blanket, and I can't even replace it with another one. I am very angry and I strongly advise against this hotel. The customer service is terrible, and it seems like they don't care about their customers!

However it’s a 5⭐️for the animation team. The only positive of this stay
