Excellent location, easy bus access to Cannes city centre, perfect air conditioning, beautiful sea view. The apartment has been refreshed, but the residence could do better, as could the swimming pools. The neighborhood is a bit dirty. Overall, a good week, nothing more. The double glazing needs replacing; you can hear too much outside noise (neighbour's balcony, traffic, train, etc.).

The image of Pierre & Vacances is tarnished. Pieces of plaster are falling into the pool. The interior spaces are very mediocre. The train passes right in front of the hotel, so believe me, it wakes you up if you're napping in the apartment or even early in the morning around 6 a.m.

Avoid at all costs! We paid €300 a night for no air conditioning and only fans. The rooms are a disaster. The advertisement clearly states parking is available, but upon arrival, they tell you there's no parking, it's completely full! The rooms have no air conditioning. Be prepared to suffer!

Magnificent residence where I have stayed for over 20 years, incredible view, lovely swimming pool, quiet and well-maintained residence.

The residence is in dire need of a major renovation, both in the public areas and the guest rooms.
