The property is accessed only with your room key; you must use the key to enter or exit any door. A beautiful apartment with an excellent sea view.
There are no amenities whatsoever on the property other than the pool bar. The underground parking lot is very low, and it's difficult to navigate your way out once you've parked. The reception staff are unhelpful.

For a few nights' stay with the family, it's great because there are two swimming pools and the sea is just steps away. There's a snack bar and plenty of shops next to the residence.

Dirty place, the sink looks like the one in the photo, but dirty with hair. We arrived, picked up the key to the accommodation, and there was dog poop on the main entrance door (inside the condominium). We stayed on the first floor, the apartment doors were open, noisy, and full of food. There was human poop in the hallway. Etc. I thought it was kind of dangerous to have children there. We went down and got another hotel. The price wasn't worth it, I ended up losing the money, and the apartments didn't even have air conditioning, very complicated.

Extremely Disappointing Stay in Cannes – Do Not Recommend
Our family stay in this holiday apartment in Cannes was a complete letdown and did not match the booking description at all. Instead of the advertised two double beds, there was only one double bed and a children’s high bunk bed. The apartment was much smaller than shown in the photos and felt run-down and worn.
Major issues included:
• The sliding door to the bathroom/shower/toilet did not close properly and had a constant 1 cm gap, meaning no privacy at all – people walking past could look in and hear everything.
• The terrace sliding door had no handle on the outside and could only be opened by awkwardly pushing on the glass from inside.
• The bedrooms had no air conditioning of their own. The only AC unit was in the hallway, so we had to leave the bedroom doors open at night to avoid suffocating.
• The toilet constantly smelled of sewage.
About a week after booking (once cancellation was no longer possible), the provider (Meava) contacted us and tried to charge extra for “optional” services: end-of-stay cleaning for around €90, plus extra fees for towels and making the beds.
When we complained, responsibility was passed back and forth between the provider and Reception .To this day we have received no proper response or solution from the direct provider.
In addition, my wife and daughter were repeatedly harassed by pushy men — not just at the beach, but also inside the residence and in the city. Prices in the area were very high, the coffee was terrible, and the infrastructure was inconvenient.
Conclusion: This stay was a huge disappointment. For this money you can find much better options (e.g. in Greece or Spain). I cannot recommend this apartment or the overall experience in Cannes under these conditions.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in Cannes – klare Abwertung

Leider entsprach unsere Ferienwohnung in Cannes in keiner Weise den Erwartungen und der Buchungsbeschreibung. Statt der angekündigten zwei Doppelbetten stand nur ein Doppelbett plus ein Kinder-Hochbett zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt viel kleiner als auf den Fotos und wirkte stark abgenutzt.

Kritische Mängel waren:
• Die Schiebetür zum Bad/Dusche/Toilette schloss nicht richtig und hatte einen ca. 1 cm breiten Spalt, sodass keine Privatsphäre möglich war – man konnte von außen hineinsehen und alles hören.
• Die Terrassentür ließ sich von außen nicht richtig greifen und musste umständlich von innen an der Scheibe aufgedrückt werden.
• In den Schlafzimmern gab es keine eigene Klimaanlage. Die einzige Anlage befand sich im Flur, weshalb die Türen nachts offen bleiben mussten, damit es erträglich blieb.
• Zusätzlich stank es im Bad ständig nach Abwasser.

Etwa eine Woche nach der Buchung – als eine Stornierung nicht mehr möglich war – kamen vom Anbieter (Maeva) weitere Kosten hinzu: Endreinigung für rund 90 €, Handtücher und Bettwäsche gegen Aufpreis.

Die Reklamation lief sehr schlecht. Man wurde zwischen Anbieter, Rezession Maeva und hin- und hergeschoben. Bis heute gibt es keine vernünftige Rückmeldung oder Lösung vom
Vermieter.

Darüber hinaus fühlten sich meine Frau und meine Tochter nicht nur am Strand, sondern auch in der Residenz und in der Stadt wiederholt von aufdringlichen Männern belästigt. Die Preise vor Ort waren sehr hoch, der Kaffee schlecht und die Infrastruktur eher unpraktisch.
Fazit: Diese Unterkunft und der gesamte Aufenthalt haben uns stark enttäuscht.

Für das Geld gibt es wesentlich bessere Optionen (z. B. in Griechenland oder Spanien). Ich kann weder diese Ferienwohnung noch Cannes unter diesen Bedingungen weiterempfehlen

Four-night stay, two adults. The residence is aging but very well located, with exceptional sea views. Two very nice swimming pools, it's a shame the slide wasn't working for children. Lively neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby.
It's a pity that no one is responsible for the condition of the pool, and furthermore, don't expect attentive pool security as the security guard spent the entire day on his phone. This is my personal experience of my stay and is not intended to harm anyone or anything.
