We booked one night in this residence. We were delighted to find accommodation for 5 people; the room was clean and well-equipped, and the sea view was as advertised. The residence was quiet in the evening and morning. However, the Google photos made the residence look magnificent, but in reality, it's not quite the same. The building is aging and smells unpleasant in places. There were few signs to help you find your room. The slide wasn't working, which was a shame. If you're not lucky enough to have an underground parking space, be prepared to wait (it took us over 30 minutes). Parking is very difficult near the residence, and you'll have to walk quite a while to reach the entrance. If you go out in the evening, you'll have to start all over again trying to find a space…
Pierre & Vacances is quite basic; a renovation would be nice... nevertheless, there are two lovely, supervised swimming pools that are very pleasant.
This one is well located, close to all shops on foot, and also to the beach! And a 5-minute drive from the center of Cannes.
As for the accommodation, unfortunately, it was not very clean, very small for 4 people, and without air conditioning. Fortunately, two fans were provided (but not enough... for small children).
Towels are changed once a week.
A little tip: for 4 people, it's better to book accommodation for 6.
Be careful with the parking, though; the spaces are no longer suitable for our cars. You have to ask all the passengers to get out to find a spot...
The apartments aren't very large, but for a holiday, they're perfectly adequate, just lacking storage space for clothes. The view is perfect. Be aware that there are railway tracks between the residence and the sea, with some crossings, but it's not a problem. We were on the beach in 2 minutes.
