Very dirty, dilapidated, everything should be demolished
The unfrequentable neighborhood you are afraid when you go out and at night it is even worse

I came for less than a week out of season and I don't know how the place is in high season but it was very poorly managed. I found dead cockroaches every day either in the sink or on the floor. There was a very nice view of the sea but also overlooks the trains which pass from 5:30 in the morning. There was a constant musty smell and I felt like the sheets hadn't been changed in a long time in the room so I slept on the couch. The staff is very nice but the place seems to be abandoned out of season, as if it was not maintained except during the tourist period.

Arriving there after a 13-hour drive, we realized that the apartment already had an occupant: a cockroach.
The next day my husband went to report it and during the day treatment was carried out.
Which did not prevent us from finding 2 others later. So of course it's only 3 cockroaches but it prevented us from sleeping well for fear of having some on us and we lived with closed suitcases for fear of bringing any home. 1st time that I don't unpack when I arrive on vacation.
Otherwise the apartment was clean even if dilapidated (apt 528 not part of the renovated apartments), a little small for 6 whereas intended for 7 (and the cabin room is extra small), the sea view is a plus (even if the railway makes a little noise), on the other hand the rooms are on the corridor side (therefore passage) and people do not respect anything and make noise even in the middle of the night when they return home. The residence is well located because you can walk to the city center in 30 minutes, passing along the beaches, and there are shops nearby. The staff is responsive.
But really the presence of pests is a big minus because it didn't allow us to spend a relaxing week of vacation.
So don’t just rely on the photos like we did, but read the reviews carefully before booking.
