EXCELLENT!!!

A very nice place with a pool and the beach right across the street. The view is beautiful, and there are lots of young people, families, etc. It's very pleasant. I come here every year.

Extremely well located; the beach is less than 2 minutes away.
There are plenty of restaurants and a late-night grocery store right across the street—very convenient! There's also a pharmacy, a Carrefour supermarket, etc.!

I recommend it 100%!

The residence is pleasant and clean, although a bit dated.

The pools are well-maintained. The staff ensures the rules are followed. The beach is within walking distance, which is a real plus.

I don't recommend the ground and first-floor rooms. From the second floor upwards, you get a sea view. While the rooms do overlook the railway line, there aren't many trains passing by.

The reception staff are very efficient. A special thank you to the young man who saved our holiday by moving us to a different room after two nights with extremely noisy and rowdy neighbors.

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay at this residence, which has a good reputation as a Pierre & Vacances resort, and we booked our holiday here. The room was generally quite decent with air conditioning; however, the first surprise was how difficult it was to find a parking space. The spaces were extremely small and all were taken; some people didn't even have a parking space despite having paid. The buildings were generally dirty with unpleasant odors; a sheet soaked in feces and urine had been lying around in our hallway for several days. The pool was also rather dirty, with tissues and other debris floating in the water. Furthermore, the noise was unbearable; it was impossible to get up after 8 a.m. Children were playing and screaming in the hallways, and many people, including poorly behaved children, would jump on you in the pool without a second thought.

Air-conditioned room, clean, welcoming staff!

There are two clean pools, but you should go in the morning because it gets very crowded in the early afternoon.

Air-conditioned apartment near the beach with underground parking, a real plus during peak season when spaces are scarce. Bed linen and towels are provided. Close to excellent public transport and grocery stores. Friendly and competent staff.
