Clean rooms, but not very comfortable for three people. There is everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Good location. Cheap and comfortable apart hotel, but don't expect luxury.

Here is our review as of June 1, 2026: Our renovated apartment with air conditioning and a sea view fully met our expectations.
The atmosphere at that time was family-friendly, with many young parents and their small children. Very pleasant.
It's true that the trains sometimes disturb the peace and quiet of the seaside, but you get used to it, and it's not as unbearable as some have described. You can always turn on the air conditioning and close the window, and that solves the problem.
We had some trouble on the first day finding the correct elevator from the parking garage to the apartment. The reception staff should be more precise because the numbers don't match. Once you find it, it's very easy.
The neighborhood is very cosmopolitan, and there's a world of difference between Cannes Croisette and Cannes La Bocca. The residence is extremely secure.
In conclusion, it's excellent value for money for the renovated apartments.
