Very quiet place in a beautiful pine forest; immediate proximity to golf for enthusiasts.
Fairly central location for Arcachon/ Pilat dune excursion
Biscarosse beach mimizan pond aureilhan
And Luxey.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le calme de la pinède et la proximité des activités, comme le golf et les belles excursions dans les alentours. Very nice place, clean apartment, very nice balcony with view of the swimming pool and the golf course. The downside is that the room is really very small, with no cupboard or storage, just a bedside table.... 70 cm bed and window overlooking the passageway really not great. Too bad the rest of the apartment is nice

Regulars of Pierre et Vacances, this is the first time that we have been so disappointed and angry.

Things started off badly as soon as we arrived! We had to clean up. The fridge seals were really very dirty! ?
And what about the space between the bathtub and the bathroom sink unit...?
When I reported it to reception it didn't seem to bother me that much. Because this is not being a maniac, there is just a basic minimum in terms of cleaning!

Several things were added to this:
- split tiles (you can even get hurt if you walk barefoot)
- the burnt out bulb
- the broken drying rack
- horrible and inaudible TV sound

Accommodation supposedly designed for 5 people with only one real bed.
The others are sort of sofas where countless little ones have sat down, so the mattresses are no longer very pleasant and the box springs are tired!

And it continues with the bathroom mixer where it's a choice: either we burn or we freeze! Impossible to fix it.

To continue the celebrations for 3 days, no more TV because no reception but that does not seem to bother the management who does not offer any alternative.

Wi-Fi reception allows you to access the networks because even in the depths of the Australian bush, we have better network reception!

And it's not over, only 3 washing machines for the entire residence and only 1 dryer. But when I made the comment I was kindly told that there was a dry cleaner nearby...??‍♀️.
In addition, to use the machine and dryer you need to download an application.
In the past there were tokens and it was much more practical.
Oh yes and to change the bed and bath linen you have to wait 1 week!! It's not as soon as necessary.

Also no arrival drink, with a small presentation and tasting of regional products like we have had in other residences.
Also no points of sale for bread and pastries either ?.

For a 3 star residence this is not serious.

I wanted to go to reception today (Wednesday) and no, it's closed. I have to manage and wait!

I put one star because I have no choice but to leave a review...
I'm waiting for a return because that's a lot! We are paying way too much for this lack of quality!
