Fantastic experience, the hotel is strategically located, very close to the sea and the city center, yet away from the hustle and bustle. For those like us who seek tranquility but a central location, it's ideal.
Spacious quadruple room with balcony.
Paid parking is available (not cheap), but very close to the hotel, secure and covered.
On the 6th floor, there's a fantastic terrace with a bar where Olga, a very friendly girl, welcomes everyone with a smile.
I appreciated the attention paid to me. I'm celiac, and unfortunately, even the slightest contamination makes me feel sick. Well, I had a wonderful time at 5 breakfasts and 5 dinners. The waiters and chefs told me what I could eat at the buffet, always giving me my personal tongs, and if I wanted something special, they prepared it separately to avoid contamination. It's unusual to find so much attention, but above all, there was no judgment or hassle. Everyone was simply wonderful, and for that, I truly thank everyone.

If you're looking for a flawless stay in Lloret de Mar, this hotel is an absolute guarantee: for us, everything was perfect, truly, beyond our expectations!
From the welcoming atmosphere to the meticulous attention to detail, every single detail is designed to provide a truly relaxing experience. But what transforms a beautiful vacation into an unforgettable memory is the soul of this place: its extraordinary, big-hearted staff.
A huge thank you goes to Mrs. Carmen at the front desk: a wonderful presence, always smiling, professional, incredibly kind, and attentive to every little need from the very first moment. She makes you feel at home even before you step foot in the door.
And special praise goes to Mrs. Griselda, who oversees dinner with unique dedication and sweetness. Her presence in the dining room makes dinner not only a delicious moment, but a true end-of-the-day treat. Her care for her guests is something rare and precious.
Finding a place where impeccable service meets such genuine warmth is a rare treat. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to anyone seeking perfection!

A wonderful stay at Santa Rosa!
The hotel is well located, the room was pleasant, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast was excellent: very varied, generous, and beautifully presented.

Het doet ons goed om te lezen dat onze medewerkers een positieve indruk hebben gemaakt en dat de netheid van uw kamer aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. Het is lonend en motiverend voor ons om te weten dat dit heeft bijgedragen aan uw fijne verblijf bij os.

Helaas hebben externe geluiden uw comfort beïnvloedt, ons team staat altijd klaar om tijdens uw verblijf direct oplossingen te bieden voor eventuele ongemakken.

Tot slot vinden wij het fijn dat het ontbijt u goed heeft gesmaakt. Onze chefs werken dagelijks aan gevarieerde gerechten om de ochtend goed te starten.
