The worst experience and hotel I've ever been to. DO NOT TRUST THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE.

Summary: Horrible room, poor management if you're traveling with a baby and dogs, exorbitant and misleading prices. Poor and low-quality buffet.
I'm leaving a photo of the mattress without sheets. We realized it when we left, disgusting. It won't let you upload a photo, there were pee stains, tons of blood.

Let me explain:

Good part: The churros were good and the cleaning lady was very friendly.

Horrible-bad part:
They charged me 27 euros more for traveling with a 9-month-old baby!!! And if you want a crib, you pay an extra fee at the hotel for each night (the crib had holes in it, luckily I brought my own).

They gave you the option to bring a baby, but when we arrived, they told me the crib wouldn't fit and that the baby had to sleep in a bed. I told them it was impossible, and when we made the reservation, I indicated I was coming with a baby (they let me book, but it turns out I can cancel until April 10th, but the hotel doesn't open until the 11th to confirm the crib fits when they offer that option). They changed our room to a smaller one; we barely fit, and it smelled like sewers (it's happened to others).

When I told them I paid for a room like all the ones in the hallway that did fit the crib, they told me they'd already given me my room and it was full!! It was only two hours before check-in!!! BE CAREFUL!! IT'S THE SAME ROOM FOR 2 PEOPLE AS FOR 4.

Dogs are listed on the website as 15 euros/night, but upon arrival, they charge 19.50 per dog/night and they don't even provide a water bowl or anything at all.

If you have a large or long car, you can't get in the parking lot because it scratches, and it's 20 euros/night.

The buffet was very poor, the food quality was terrible (very dry chicken, awful tap water, bland pizzas, limited variety, and very low quality products).
We commented among our guests... the hot chocolate for the churros SMELLED LIKE TOBACCO, WE FOUND IT DISGUSTING.

The hotel bar, on Easter Saturday, closes at 11 p.m., but by 10:30 p.m., they no longer serve even a coffee.

Without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever been to in terms of service, attentiveness (you feel fooled), hygiene, and exorbitant prices.

Now, please be kind enough to answer any excuse you have, because there are always excuses and answers for the poor treatment and service offered. I've read about 20 reviews with complaints, the response being "we'll improve or take it into account," and everything is exactly the same.

I still can't believe people say bad things about this hotel. The food is 20/10, the bed and room are super comfortable; I had never slept so well in a hotel in my life. About dinner: SPECTACULAR in every word, the roast chicken is one of the best I have ever tasted. Lots of variety, of everything. I haven't taken photos of the food, but the hotel is worth it, someone who has been to more than 50 hotels in Spain says so.

Very disappointed with this hotel, upon our arrival, we were allocated a room which had just been painted, no cleaning afterwards and painting on curtain, bed, lampshade, furniture, to compensate us, we were allocated a suite. Simple suite with HS sofa, TV which regularly cuts to French channel and 2nd TV, no French channel. No duvet in bed in the off season, a little cool, we were advised to turn the air conditioning on full blast, but nothing to do. We left all day, returned at 6:30 p.m., room cleaning not done, they are pulling the maximum on the staff. Basic evening buffet.

Vos remarques sur le buffet du soir seront transmises à notre chef de cuisine qui adapte quotidiennement ses propositions selon les produits de saison et les retours des hôtes.

They charged us €40 for two nights for a mini rodent (a hamster) that they didn't even realize was in the room. At no time did they clean or tidy the room during our stay. There were not enough towels for all the occupants; The room, which is supposedly for 4 people, was so small that it barely fit two. Furthermore, the neighborhood is not pleasant, people judge you and look at you badly, which makes the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing experience and not recommended.

En cuanto a su experiencia en el vecindario, sentimos mucho que no haya encontrado la calidez y hospitalidad que caracteriza a Salou y a nuestro establecimiento.
