Chambre simple assez grande correcte pour 3 personnes hotel à côté de la plage .
Personnel accueil parfait au top!!!
Par contre le personnel de nettoyage force pour faire la chambre quand on est dedans et qu'il est 9h du matin malgré la pancarte.
Vous pouvez rendre à pied à Salou faut quand même marcher un peu.
Piscine très bien et petit déjeuner moyen les œufs pas top.
Pour info garez vous en extérieur moins cher que le parking hôtel.

I stayed during the October 12th holiday weekend. The hotel feels like it was heavily used during the summer and not very well maintained. The rooms are large but neglected and not very clean. My room, in particular, had large stains on the curtains, which are hard to see because they're dark, but they're there. Everything feels neglected. The daily room cleaning is adequate. The bar next to reception closes very early, so you can't go there for a drink after dinner. There are two jacuzzis on the rooftop. One wasn't working, and the other had cold water. They were unusable. The only good thing was the breakfast, which was excellent. There was a huge variety of options, very good, and only 10 euros.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and several things need improvement. Upon arrival, we noticed insects resembling cockroaches in the entrance. In the rooms, the foot of the beds was very dirty. Furthermore, the soundproofing is poor: we could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms, as well as the noise from some guests.
On Saturday evening, we asked for duvets because we had been cold the previous night. We were told that there were none left because more than 100 guests had arrived the day before. We were therefore given a single sheet as a blanket. I find this unacceptable, as a hotel should provide sufficient amenities to accommodate its guests, especially when temperatures drop.
