Lovely hotel, but the beds are too big for the room size. It's a shame the beautiful pool and jacuzzi can only be used until 7 pm. It's also a pity the bar closes so early, has such a limited selection, and the service is so slow.
If they fixed these issues, it would be a 10/10.

We had a very bad experience during our stay. Staying on the 5th floor, we were subjected to the disrespect of young English and French people, resulting in not a single peaceful night. There were insults, etc. We reported this recurring situation to reception, but nothing was done. Apart from breakfast, we have no good memories. There was a severe lack of maintenance, a sewage smell in the room, and the air conditioning was dirty and leaking in the breakfast room. At the pool, people were consuming alcoholic drinks and food in the water, and glasses were floating on the surface, etc. We had to cut our stay short. We do not recommend it.

Savoir que vous avez apprécié la gentillesse de nos équipes ainsi que les moments de détente au bord de la piscine et du jacuzzi nous fait très plaisir.

Puis, nous espérons que la proximité de la plage, à seulement 250 mètres de l’hôtel, vous a permis de profiter pleinement du littoral de Salou.
