We were in the ground floor apartment (number 15), which wasn't clean and wasn't suitable for 6 people with reduced mobility. It's a shame because it's a lovely residence. Apart from that, the young woman of color was very friendly. I would gladly return if I had the opportunity.

The residence is very well located right next to the village of Eiguisheim. The staff are very friendly and dedicated, which isn't easy during these periods of intense heat...
The swimming pool is very welcome for cooling off. One drawback, however, is that the whole site is a bit dated and could use a good cleaning (stairs, terraces, etc.).

We had a wonderful stay in Alsace at this holiday village, ideally located for exploring Alsace and the surrounding area. It's a very convenient 5-minute walk from the center of Eguisheim village. The residence itself is also very charming, quiet, and pleasant, with views of the vineyards. The swimming pool is lovely; perhaps the bottom of the pool could be renovated as it's crumbling, and the outdoor synthetic flooring could get very hot, but with the heatwave, it was lucky to have the pool. I highly recommend this residence.

The location is ideal, the pool needs renovation but is pleasant for cooling off, and the paddling pool is great for children. The accommodation is well-designed, but the furniture is outdated. We were there during a heatwave; it was 33 degrees Celsius in the accommodation, but we were provided with a fan. Obviously, during a heatwave, we would have been hot even at home! The price-quality ratio in the off-season is decent. A big plus is the secure underground parking. Pets are allowed for an extra charge. We had an accommodation with a very pleasant terrace.
