The receptionist who helped us, I think her name was Miranda, was very unfriendly, super serious... I don't think she's good at dealing with people...
The apartment needs a good cleaning.
The mattress doesn't even have a mattress protector...
The hangers are glaringly small...
And the soap dishes are broken.
The bathroom doors are black from humidity.
In short, the only good thing about the hotel is the view.
And worst of all, there's no reception in the building...

Hello everyone. I wanted to share my experience with you. I stayed for 2 days, but as soon as we arrived we had a bad start... we didn't have hot water to shower, I had to go to the receptionist at the East Hotel (next to the Horizon hotel, since the Horizon doesn't have a reception). After arriving from dinner, they had already fixed the hot water issue for us. But the worst thing happened at 1:45 in the morning when an individual staying at the same hotel started banging on the door of our apartment. As usual, he woke up the whole family. And after calling reception 3 times without any response, I had to personally call the authorities to ask for help. After 20 minutes of banging and pounding on the door, we managed to scare the individual away with one of our screams and minutes later the police arrived. Armando (the hotel's security guard) also arrived and helped us wonderfully. In fact, he gave us a direct number to contact him in case the same thing happens again. I also have to say that the facilities leave a lot to be desired. The maintenance in general is very bad, the bathroom window is broken and repaired with a metal plate with screws, the bathtub has several holes and is very slippery, several walls have considerable cracks and the entire apartment needs a touch of paint. The lock on the entrance door is broken. There are very few kitchen utensils and the apartment was not very clean. Not recommended for families, in general there is a lot of noise at night and you do not rest well. I must also tell you that they have wool blankets that are very unhygienic and have high amounts of mites (not recommended for people with allergies).

The hotel is very good. Maybe some details of the room are outdated, but the rest is great. The rest on the upper floors is very good, since rest is quite respected as there are not many young people. The heated pool is large and not very saturated (in March). The buffet food is very varied and adequate. The dining room is very spacious and is not usually saturated in the months that are not high season. Some things, like paella, cost 10. There is a bus that goes down and up every 20 minutes to the end of the Levante beach, but if not, it is less than 10 minutes walking down and about 15 up to that point. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant's waiters and waitresses readily replenish any out-of-stock stock if they are notified. There are always enough employees at reception and there are usually no long waiting periods. The door to the changing rooms of the heated pool was broken, the reception was notified and the next day it was fixed. There is a store inside the hotel that sells everything and the man is quite friendly. There is also an ATM inside the hotel. The animation is very good. At night there is always some entertaining show. Alcoholic drinks are somewhat expensive. Between a man and a girl who exude professionalism as well as a lot of friendliness, they lead the fun very well. Although it is very focused on older people, since they are approximately 75% of the clients (I repeat, in March, I don't know in high season), at the last minute and once the event is over, they also play more current music.
In short, very satisfied with the experience at the hotel.
