We came here a few years ago with my family. Everything was fine, but the hotel's location was very inconvenient—a long, steep climb from the sea. It was torture in the heat.

Awful. Bugs in the bathroom, no cleaning, other people's hair in the bed, they don't change the sheets—the hotel is filthy. We paid for full board and had to eat lunch and dinner out every day because the food was inedible, even the coffee was bad. You complain and they don't even listen. A disaster.

The food was good, the entertainment wonderful and fun, and the service was good.

Darío was great at the pool and the cheerleaders were lovely.

The lifeguard Darío was great and the entertainment was good.
