We were with a family of 12 and had a great time. The entire staff was very friendly, and the people in charge of the activities were also incredibly nice. We had a great time dancing, playing bingo, watching the flamenco show, and enjoying ourselves as a family, as it catered to all tastes.
The food—there were several things we didn't like much, but others were very good.
From the waitresses and waiters in the restaurant and on the terraces outside and inside the party room, to the salesperson at the souvenir and gift shop and the cleaning and security staff—they are all kind people who, with great kindness, made us feel at home. I want to thank and congratulate everyone. Best regards.
I'll finish the review another time, because right now I want to mention a rather striking issue.
There was no EXTRA virgin olive oil in the restaurant. I can't believe it. It seems even serious, considering I'm in Spain. EVOO is dirt cheap these days. There was a very clear oil. According to them, it was AO Virgin. I was afraid to put it on the bread. It wasn't possible, otherwise I would have brought my own. A proper ?.
I don't know if it was a purchasing error or not.
Anyway, I mentioned it this morning to one of the cooks, and his response was unprofessional.
By the way, I'd take a ⭐ off the hotel.
It is a four star hotel of low standard for me, somewhat outdated facilities, location in a difficult to access place, old-fashioned and scarce elevators, deficient maintenance service, food 6/10, cleanliness 10/10,
