Good evening.
From November 2nd to 7th, we stayed at the hotel and everything was truly wonderful. From the reception staff and cleaning staff to the restaurant staff, everyone was very attentive.

Special thanks to Salva, the restaurant manager, Fran, who was charming and attentive to guests at all times, and Izan, who was also very kind (thank you all three). Without a doubt, all the staff are a great team. If I had to mention anything negative, it would be the entertainment; they should take that into account. Without a doubt, if I return to Benidorm, I would stay at this hotel again. My heartfelt thanks ❤️

We were quite disappointed. We were there years ago and had a good impression, but years later it's disappointing. The food was very low quality and everything was served in casseroles. We asked the redhead girl (I don't know her name) for drinks—a beer and a water—and she didn't tell us there was a free water dispenser. The drinks were extremely expensive: a 33cl bottle was €3.80 and a small water was €2.80—a rip-off! The indoor pool was very nice and the entertainment was quite good too, but we definitely won't be back.

Typical tourist hotel, far from the beach, which they compensate for with a bus service. Generally good facilities, although they need some maintenance: dampness on the bathroom doors, poorly laid tiles, and the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. The food is varied and plentiful, although the preparation could be improved, as in my opinion the meat and fish are overcooked and a bit dry.
