A wide variety of services for families, and very good communal facilities. The villa is fully equipped, but the mattresses and sofa bed are somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, good value for money. The complex is a bit remote, but it's appreciated if you want to unwind.

Unfortunately, the area outside the "house" smells of feces every day, probably because the drains are right in front of the "house."
Since this resort is family-friendly, there are a lot of children here, and it's just tiring and loud.

READ BEFORE BOOKING / READ FIRST!
We recently stayed at the Pierre & Vacances Fuerteventura Origomare and wanted to share our experience. The hotel's concept is quite interesting, as it consists of villas or small independent cottages that can have one, two, or three bedrooms. In our case, we opted for a three-bedroom villa.

Accommodation and Comfort
The villas are spacious and well-equipped, but they need maintenance, especially on the outside, which looks neglected, stained, and missing paint. Upon arrival, the entrance to our villa was visibly dirty.

The master bedroom is upstairs, with independent air conditioning and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms are downstairs, where there is also another full bathroom. The air conditioning is located in the living room, and to ensure some cooling reaches the lower rooms, it's important to leave the doors open, otherwise the heat can be quite intense.

The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, dishes, cleaning products, and basic utensils. The beds, however, were uncomfortable, especially in the main bedroom where they were separated, which would not be expected in a room of this type.

Services and Attention
One of the hotel's strong points is its staff. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and we especially want to highlight Mario, who was incredibly friendly and helpful.

There are several additional charges to keep in mind:

€50 if you leave the kitchen dirty

€5 for each pool towel

€15 for a late checkout until 12:00 (normal checkout is at 10:00)

Location and Accessibility
This hotel is not recommended without a car. It is far from the main tourist areas, and there are no accessible walking options. Furthermore, if you arrive at night, the access road is completely dark, with no lighting.

There is a small supermarket within the complex that offers basic items such as milk, ice cream, cheese, drinks, etc., but prices are higher. The nearest market is 12-15 km away, so a car is practically essential.

Common Facilities
The playground was dirty and quite neglected. The pools are cold and unheated, which is made worse by the characteristic Fuerteventura wind. There are also entertainment areas and a theater room, but depending on the location of your villa, it can be very far and inconvenient to travel.

Conclusion
The hotel has potential, but needs better maintenance and more attention to detail. The villas are well-equipped and the staff is excellent, but the remote location, the exterior condition of the facilities, and the additional costs make the experience average.

Overall, we give it a 3.5 out of 5. We wouldn't stay again, mainly due to the distance and the overall condition of the resort. Recommended only if you're traveling by car and have moderate expectations.

Lamentamos que algunos aspectos de su estancia no hayan cumplido con sus expectativas. Tomamos nota de sus observaciones sobre el mantenimiento exterior y le aseguramos que nuestro equipo está disponible las 24 horas para solucionar cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir durante la estancia. En cuanto a la temperatura de las piscinas, mantenemos un control constante entre 24 y 26 grados, siguiendo la normativa española. Contamos con un servicio gratuito de transporte a Corralejo y El Cotillo para facilitar los desplazamientos de nuestros huéspedes.

Finalmente, queremos destacar el excelente servicio brindado por nuestro compañero Mario y todo el equipo. La satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes es nuestra principal prioridad y nos esforzamos por ofrecer una atención personalizada y profesional.

I'm going on vacation to Fuerteventura on Thursday and I'll be staying here. I'm a little nervous because of some of the bad reviews I've read... God willing, everything goes well for us and we're satisfied, so I can recommend it to my friends and family. I'll tell you how it went for those of us who are up to date with the reviews.

It was a great experience! Super conveniently located near the northern beaches.
It has pools, a buffet, and a beautiful setting. The gym lacks some equipment, but it's fine for a beach resort.
We didn't stay on the all-inclusive package, and we ate at the open-air restaurant one day and thought there would be better options, but overall it was fine.
It was a great experience! I recommend it!
