The hotel, or rather the hotel complex/hotel village itself, is quite nice. There's a large pool area, a buffet restaurant, a (tourist) supermarket, a mini-golf course, a self-service laundry, a fitness studio, and sports fields on site. The apartments are well-equipped, air-conditioned, and have Wi-Fi, a TV (with German channels), a telephone, and a safe (for a fee). However, the hotel village could be in better condition in some areas (potholes in the sidewalks, etc.). Important: Anyone vacationing here will need a rental car, as the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. The nearest beach for swimming is about 20 minutes away by car or shuttle bus.

They don't tell you that they're going to close soon. They charge you the same for the buffet as a 4* hotel, but if it's even 3*, it's fine. The children's food is worse than McDonald's. The adult food is just the right amount. It's very, very repetitive and of poor quality. They clean when they can, not when it's supposed to be because they're working hard and don't hire staff, and only when they don't have enough. They charge you 5 euros each for the microwave and for their towels. They charge you, it's not a deposit. If you're lucky, you get one that's not frayed and full of holes. The staff try to help as much as they can, but often can't. Please rate the entertainment and the staff. Goodbye Pierre and Vacances. You won't see us again. And stop ripping off your customers. It's not that there are any complaints there, it's that people feel cheated and deceived.

Very good accommodation for the family, spacious villas and especially the slides for children and adults in the pool. It has many activities for children.

We were really looking forward to a great vacation, but in reality, we found a hotel with poorly maintained sidewalks, uncomfortable beds, and very noisy air conditioning. The nearest pool empties. They come to change the towels after 4 days, and the maids open the door without knocking, interrupting our nap. We booked an all-inclusive package, and we went to the bar and they barely had any food. Check-out time is 10 a.m. and check-in time is 5 p.m. We won't return to this hotel.
