Really nice, great pool, well located in a quiet area yet close to everything by car

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The main building (reception, pool) was fine.

However, the cottage we stayed in was quite old. The window frames were temperamental, and the wooden frame around the patio door was rotten from the weather. The cottage's amenities were of poor quality.

Disappointed with this so-called Premium accommodation, which is anything but! The staff are very friendly and helpful; however, the comments concern the apartment and facilities. The cleaning was very basic, there were cobwebs in the toilet, the pots and pans were old, the terrace was dirty, and the TVs malfunctioned several times a day. It's a shame to have to worry about these minor issues.

The residence is a 15-minute walk from the sea, with many activities nearby.

We were very satisfied with the welcome, the overall service, and the location. The view of the sea and the hills of Houlgate was beautiful. The large outdoor pool and spa were excellent.

One small drawback: the balcony woodwork needs renovating.

A very nice residence but the rentals could use a refresh as the furniture and equipment are aging.
